Please inform us in your order and email of your address within the 4th Ring Road of Beijing and the time you prefer to be picked up. We will pick you up on time. Then, our English-speaking driver will take you to the parking lot of the Mutianyu Great Wall.
Your driver will take you to the shutlle bus station. Please remember the way back. The driver will wait for you inside the parking lot. If you still want to buy the tickets for Mutianyu and the cable car, tell your driver and he will help you purchase them.
When you leave the Great Wall and return to the parking lot and see your driver, he will then drive back to Beijing.

A very good experience on the trip to the Great Wall in the Funicular, and the transportation was very safe; I recommend it highly.
Our guide Joe was fantastic! He picked us up directly from the hotel and took us to the Chinese wall. Joe was really nice and also very nice. We didn't have to worry about anything because it just guided us through everything! He even suggested some restaurants near our hotel! We highly recommend it! Thank you Joe :)

After I booked their private tour of Mutianyu Great Wall, I told them that I hoped there would be fewer people when I visited. Joe recommended that I go to the night tour of the Great Wall. To my surprise, it was truly wonderful. Because it's very hot in Beijing in the afternoon, but after sunset, Mutianyu Great Wall becomes very comfortable and there are not many people. This is really a great experience. I recommend going to the Great Wall at night.
I would definitely recommend this way of visiting the Great Wall of China. It is the most comfortable and convenient for sure. And Joe was just great in everything. We had little time in Beijing and we couldn't plan the trip in advance so it happened a bit last minute and we couldn't miss visiting the Great Wall. I even made a mistake while booking the time of our transfer but Joe was so nice and let us change the hour for a more convenient time (which, by the way, is as early as possible. We got to see the Wall with no tourists for a little while! It was quite unique!). The ride to Mutianyu (and back) was very comfortable and quick and thanks to Joe's attentiveness everything went smoothly. He even helped us get our entrance ticket for the wall.
My trip to the Mutianyu Great Wall was absolutely amazing! It was actually my last day in China. I'd booked the tour in advance, and My driver Joe texted me saying we needed to get there super early because it was Monday - apparently all the other Beijing attractions were closed that day, so the Wall would be packed. Joe picked me up at 5 AM, crazy early, but it was totally worth it. When we got there, we had the entire Wall to ourselves - no crowds at all! The views were breathtaking. The only bummer was it started raining later, so we couldn't do the toboggan slide down. As we were leaving, we saw what Joe meant about the crowds - the parking lot was filling up fast, and there was already a huge line of cars waiting to get in. Joe really knew his stuff about Mutianyu - he planned everything perfectly. Big thanks to Joe for making it such a special experience!
The trip was wonderful & enjoyable. Driver Joe Picked us up at the hotel on time. His English was excellent. He told us the history of the great wall and showed us a different route to climb it. The car ride was very comfortable. Thank you Joe!
