I cannot prove that this is a scam, but..... 1. When I clicked to add to my wallet, all the ticket said was Musee Orsay Admission Ticket, making me think that it was the actual ticket (spoiler - it wasn't) 2. Only when I installed the Viator app did I have warnings that it was not the ticket 3. We were supposed to meet in the middle of a park 2km away from the museum, where there were no kiosks for Marvel Pass Tours, nor was there any component of a guided tour that necessitated starting that far away. 4. They never responded to my messages via the Viator app 5. When we tried to call, the number was not in service. Also, the number is a United Arab Emirates number. 6. There is no way to contact Marvel Pass on their website, despite there being text that says "contact us".
Out of all the museums I visited in Paris, the Musée d’Orsay stood out the most. The collection is extraordinary, and the flow of the museum feels natural—you never feel rushed or crowded. I appreciated the thoughtful presentation and the chance to see so many iconic works up close. I would gladly return.
The moment you step inside, you feel the unique atmosphere of the museum. The architecture alone is worth the visit. The combination of sculptures, paintings, and decorative arts keeps the experience varied. I especially loved the panoramic view of Paris from behind the museum’s clock. A peaceful, inspiring place to spend a morning.
Even if you don’t know much about art history, the Musée d’Orsay is welcoming and enjoyable. The descriptions are clear and the arrangement of the pieces helps you follow how the art evolved over time. I learned so much just by walking through. It's engaging without feeling overwhelming.
I was impressed by how easy the museum is to navigate. The galleries are bright, spacious, and beautifully curated. I especially enjoyed the top floor, where the natural light enhances the artwork. The large clock overlooking Paris is a wonderful bonus photo spot. One of the most memorable museums I’ve visited.
The Musée d’Orsay is simply breathtaking. The building itself, a converted railway station, is a masterpiece. The Impressionist collection is the best I’ve ever seen—Monet, Renoir, Van Gogh, and so many others. I spent nearly three hours wandering around and still didn’t see everything. If you love art, this museum is essential.
I booked the Marvel Pass tour because I only had half a day in Paris, and it turned out to be perfect. The guide gave a concise but meaningful introduction to the museum’s highlights, especially the Impressionist section. The pacing was good for all ages, and the headset system made it easy to hear everything. A stress-free way to appreciate the museum.
The Marvel Pass tour was a great choice for visiting the Orsay Museum. I loved skipping the long line and heading straight inside. The guide was friendly, kept the explanations clear, and pointed out details I would’ve missed on my own. It felt relaxed and well-organized, which made the whole experience far more enjoyable. Definitely worth it if you want a seamless visit.
I was unable to download the tickets despite numerous attempts. Having presented at the entrance of the museum the exchanges with Viator confirming that the tickets were sent by e-mail, I was refused access on the grounds that the tickets had to be held in good form. I had to buy new tickets.
I paid 45 dollars was given no instructions and this prepayment was totally useless. They refused to honor audio on the ticket which I paid for . The cost was 6 euros and there was no line to enter so if I had gone there without the prepayment I would not have had a problem getting in. I did not check how much the admission ticket was but I am sure it was way less than 45 euros.
Dear Guest, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion regarding your prepayment and ticket experience. We understand how frustrating this must have been and take your feedback seriously. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps us review our processes to prevent similar situations in the future.
