Our planned guide to the Louvre had to be changed at the last moment. The company promptly notifiied us of the new guide, Florence. She did an excellent job of keeping us organized, providing good commentary/background, and getting to the highlight galleries. We could easily have spent a full day at the museum. We couldn't, so Florence was our good compromise. Would definitely use the company again.
SERGIO, our guide, was excellent. He paced the tour perfectly, gave a very clear commentary on everything we were viewing and provided excellent tips on how best to see everything on the tour in a very crowded environment. He definitely exceeded my expectation of being able to really view everything on my Louvre list!
