The museum was closed that day. We traveled there only to find the sign on the door. I've requested a refund.
Booked the tickets online for today. We waited in line. Got to the front and were told that our tickets were not valid for the day listed as the only admission that they were allowing was timed entry. Was refused at the door having paid 70 euro for our family to enter. Called trip advisor. They were unable to assist. They gave me a number for Paris Musuem Ticket which supplied the tickets, apparently. Not surprisingly the number did not go through. Out 70 euro. Terrible, terrible experience all around. Will never ever trust viator or trip advisor again!
The Museum refused our voucher and denied entry saying this is not an official operator. Now waiting outside museum for email to come supposedly allowing entry. First time with anything like this happening and so disappointing!!!!
If you enjoy Impressionist art, don't miss this museum. Seeing the famous Water Lilies in person was unforgettable. The booking process was easy, and the ticket arrived without any issues.
The museum was closed for the entire day of our tickets due to “technical issues” and were notified by a sign out front. I did not receive any communication, nor have I yet received a refund.
It was closed without any notice…
After visiting the larger museums, this felt like a welcome change. It was quieter and much easier to explore. The paintings are stunning, especially Monet's masterpieces. A lovely experience from start to finish.
The museum may be small, but every gallery has something special. I spent much longer here than I expected because the collection is so impressive. Entry was simple and hassle-free.
This was one of the most relaxing places we visited in Paris. The museum isn't huge, which made it easy to enjoy every room without feeling rushed. Monet's Water Lilies were even more beautiful than I imagined. The ticket worked perfectly and entry was quick.
After visiting some crowded attractions, this museum was a welcome change. The atmosphere was relaxed, and I could actually spend time appreciating the artwork. Perfect for a slower Paris afternoon.
