Very cool expo. Quite a large museum, with very diverse styles. And on top of that, the place is air-conditioned.

Stepping inside felt like entering the world of Impressionist art. The museum houses an extraordinary range of Monet's works, each offering something unique. The skip-the-line option was very convenient, especially during a busy travel schedule. One of the most rewarding museum visits I've had.
This museum offers a remarkable opportunity to experience Monet’s genius in a calm and elegant setting. Every room reveals beautiful works that showcase his mastery of light and color. The skip-the-line access made the visit effortless, allowing more time to enjoy the incredible collection. A wonderful cultural experience away from the usual tourist crowds.
The museum provides a refreshing contrast to some of Paris’s more crowded attractions. The peaceful environment creates the perfect setting for viewing Monet’s masterpieces. The skip-the-line ticket added convenience and helped make the entire visit smooth and enjoyable. Definitely worth visiting.

Subject: Request for Full Refund – Fraudulent Museum Tickets (Booking Reference: 1411189433) Dear Viator Customer Support, I am writing to formally complain about a very disappointing experience involving tickets I purchased through Viator for the Musée Marmottan Monet. I purchased two entrance tickets for the museum and paid SGD 69.15. Upon arrival, I presented the Viator confirmation details at the museum entrance. However, the museum staff informed me that the tickets were fraudulent and that the museum has no agreement with the operator who issued them. The staff member further explained that they had encountered several similar incidents involving tickets purchased through Viator. She also asked how much I had paid and was surprised to learn that the amount charged was significantly higher than the museum’s actual admission fee. Fortunately, the staff member was extremely kind and provided us with two complimentary tickets so that we could still enter the museum. Without her assistance, we would have been denied entry despite having paid for tickets through your platform. Copies of the complimentary tickets can be forwarded upon request. I have purchased many tours and activities through Viator in the past and have generally found the operators to be reliable and the services satisfactory. However, this incident is completely unacceptable. It is deeply concerning that tickets sold through Viator could be rejected by the venue as fraudulent. Given that the tickets I purchased were not recognized by the museum and could not be used for admission, I request a full refund of SGD 69.15. I have attached the relevant documentation and would appreciate a prompt investigation into this matter, including a review of the operator responsible for issuing these tickets. I look forward to your response and the confirmation of my refund at the earliest opportunity. Sincerely, Irene Chew Email chevalblanc@pacificzero.com +65 96186300
Dear Irene, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to learn about the confusion experienced during your visit. After reviewing your booking, we can confirm that the admission tickets associated with your reservation were valid and were sent to you separately from the booking confirmation voucher. Our records indicate that the original tickets were not used or scanned at the museum. Based on the information available to us, it appears that the booking confirmation voucher was presented at the venue instead of the admission tickets. The confirmation voucher is not intended to be used for entry. We understand how frustrating this situation may have been and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. As a gesture of goodwill, a full refund has already been issued for your booking. We value all customer feedback and remain committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests. Kind regards, The Management Team
Fantastic, small museum, intimate and well curated.
One of the most enjoyable museum visits during our stay in Paris. The collection is impressive, especially for fans of Impressionist art. We spent much longer here than planned because there was so much to admire.
This was basically a ticket: Tour operator did not respond to texts so I was confused about whether I was meeting someone. It wasn't busy, didn't need skip the line
