Fraud trip and useless. Super overcharged and nothing meaningful. We were not even given full service and it was just a short walk without any real tourist info
We checked this with our professional guide, who has conducted this tour and many other Munich tours for over 12 years and never a complaint we had about his work. You told him you were not interested in a 2-hour walking tour of Munich's Old Town which covers all about history and traditions of Munich. He took you to the BMW headquarters as scheduled, explained the full history of BMW, bought the tickets for you — but again, you showed interest only in taking pictures of the new BMW cars and no interest in his explanations! Next time, you should read carefully what you are paying for and think twice before disrespecting professional guides and companies with abusive words.
