Newly designed beer garden with Augustiner in Harlaching, beautiful beer garden with hotel and restaurant. According to. Price board and offer also include 1/2 L beer, radler, however after approx. 4:20 PM it was said that due to high volume only 1 L would be served. Beer garden 1/2 full, no lines at the service counter. Incomprehensible and not good for business!
Karl was a great guide very knowledgeable of his native Munich. Great getting a tour from a local guide with great passion about his Bavarian roots and its rich history. It’s our second tour and one we love doing with new family members to share the experience with.
Great way to see the city with historical context, surfers and a beer garden. Group size was about 15 people of all ages.
Very informative and fun tour. Great way to see the highlights of Munich and cover a lot of ground. Simon was a great guide and was able to share a lot of history of the city at each stop.
Wonderful bike tour through the beautiful city of Munich. Our guide Canaan had a great knowledge of the history of the city, with interesting facts and anecdotes at each stop. Beer garden stop and biking through Englishergarten was a highlight. Great for kids as there were two families on our tour. Great value. Tour lasted over 3 1/2 hours. Definitely recommended.
Munich was a quick stopover for our family of 4 and we didn’t really know much about the city’s history. We are so glad we opted to do the bike tour. Canaan was an amazing guide who not only kept everyone’s safety a top priority, but his storytelling and knowledge of Bavarian/German history was top notch. He even kept our 14 and 12yo engaged through out the whole trip. Highly recommend! Thank you, Canaan!
We really enjoyed this tour. Watching the river surfers was fun and riding through the park was very nice under the shade trees. We learned a little history and met some nice people. Our only suggestion would be that the company provide the tour guide with a big igloo container with pour spout full of ice water so that participants can fill their water bottles with cold water at stops because it was a very hot and humid day.
I was late to arriving due to some confusion with my taxi driver. I arrived emotional and falling apart because I thought I had missed going. Not only did the workers comfort me, they gave me time to get myself together, let me use the restroom, and waited for me to be composed before we started. I have never felt so reassured. And then the tour was fun and friendly and I had a blast. I highly recommend.
Our guide, Karl was a lovely. A local of the Bavaria region, you could feel his passion and knowledge of the city and country. It was good talking with him. The bike ride itself is easy. Would've been nice to bike around more of the city. I enjoyed the biergarten experience. It was the highlight. Overall I'd recommend this tour.
This bike tour is a fantastic introduction to Munich! I learned a lot of interesting history and cultural background. I would highly recommend Mark as a tour guide - he was incredible. The biking wasn’t too intensive, and it was nice to relax at a beer garden halfway through. Would 10/10 recommend this tour to anyone visiting Munich.
