Zoe was wonderful. Informative, knowledgeable, amiable and very attentive to our special needs. The van was comfortable and the tour definitely hit the high spots. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Zoe my guide was great! She picked me up right on time. She knew a lot about the city and the time flew by as we ventured around the city.
William was our tour guide. His passion about the city and its history is hard to hide. He went above and beyond to answer every question and explain something fun and informative all along. He was also flexible and creative to strike the best balance between our desires and the itinerary.
Mostafa is an excellent and professional tour guide . We had a wonderful montreal city tour . I would definitely recommend it and especially ask for khaled mostafa . He Is kind and very informative about everything. The bagel , French pastry and meat sandwich is a typical experience you must try . Thank you Mostafa . We had a great montreal tour with you . You are a professional tour guide .
🌟 Knowing the scale of the venue in advance makes a real difference when planning, and your feedback about transportation options is exactly the kind of input that helps us think about how to make the experience more accessible for everyone.
The boat cruise was a complete waste of time due to the noise level of other passengers, but the rest of the tour was excellent. Mustapha is a fantastic guide; knowledgeable and insightful but also warm and accommodating. Highly recommend this except for the boat cruise.
🌟 The noise on the boat cruise is a fair and honest call, and it's the kind of feedback that helps us think about how that portion of the experience is managed for future guests.
Mostafa did a fantastic job. He was very informative and his flexible to accommodate our interests was great. Good job. He should get a raise.
Mostafa clearly knows how to make a tour feel like it was built just for you, and that kind of flexibility is what separates a good guide from a great one. 😄 The raise request has been noted!
Zoe was well spoken, knowledgeable and very accommodating. We were disappointed that river cruise was canceled without an appropriate refund or alternate comparable option.
Zoe's knowledge and accommodating nature clearly shone throughout, and it's great that she made such a positive impression. That said 😞 having the river cruise cancelled without a proper refund or a comparable alternative offered in its place is genuinely disappointing and not something we can overlook. Please reach out to us directly so we can look into this and make sure it is properly resolved for you.
This was a really good tour. Mustafa, our guide, was very knowledgeable and pointed out hidden gems that we would never have seen on our own. This gave us an excellent overall impression of Montreal as well as the details on the sites we walked through.
Mustafa uncovering those hidden gems that would have slipped by completely on a solo visit is exactly what makes a knowledgeable local guide so invaluable in a city like Montreal! 🏙️
We very much enjoyed this tour in Montreal. Our driver, Mustafa picked us up right at our hotel. Because of the small group size we were in a van, making the travel very comfortable. Touched on all the high points - St Joseph Oratory ( I would have liked a bit more time here), Mont Royal, Notre Dame Basilica, and a lovely relaxing River Cruise, letting us see the city from the water.
Mustafa was an excellent guide, our tour was incredible his vast knowledge of the area and hidden gems made our tour the best part of our trip.
Mustafa's knack for uncovering those hidden gems is what sets a tour apart from anything you'd find on your own, and becoming the best part of the whole trip is about as high as the praise gets! 🌟
