Great walking tour!

Our tour guide was amazing. So much great information. We did a lot of walking in 3 hours and saw so much of Montreal. We only had 1 day to visit and we are so glad we picked this tour to get a taste of what Montreal is all about.

Not as interesting as expected

The guide was enthusiastic and good. But his focus was more on details and minor issues, rather than the big picture and main sights. We walked right by the main cathedral, the Basilica Notr Dame without a mention, and didn’t make it to City Hall, Also, 3 hours was too long and tiring. Also, here it says the cost is C$8, but the operator says C$30 is the expected “tip”.

Operator response

We truly appreciate your constructive feedback. This kind of input is incredibly valuable and will be shared directly with our team to help us improve.

I went to meeting point but didn’t see a guided tour and mistakenly went with another group.

No one contacted me. To see if i was or wasn’t at the meeting place. A bit disappointed because there wasn’t a customer service.

Operator response

We'll share your comments with our team to improve our follow-up processes. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on a future tour and deliver a much better experience.
