This is definitely a walking tour so please be prepared. However, you will see a lot which makes it all worth it.
We had a wonderful tour guide named Salome take us around Monmartre. Salome was well versed in the history of Paris and Monmarte. Friendly and intelligent, she made for a delightful tour.
The Bonbon Tour was excellent. Salome, our tour guide, was a lively and intelligent guide. Salome is knowledgeable on history, art, and languages. And it is evident that she truly loves Paris and Montmartre. This walking tour is not for the faint-hearted as there are numerous steps to climb, but it is worth the effort to visit and have the tour.
We had a great time exploring Montmartre with Salome. She is an amazing tour guide who shared many hidden and interesting stories, not only about Montmartre but also about Paris itself. The tour was engaging, informative, and full of unique details we would never have discovered on our own. Salome was always ready to answer all our questions with enthusiasm and knowledge, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Her passion for Paris and storytelling really made the tour special. Highly recommended!

Guide did not show up. Very disappointing. Requested a full refund. Have not heard anything back as yet.
Would give a zero if I could for my tour guide not showing up. We waited at the assigned spot outside Metro for 20 minutes and asked every group around if they were BonBon tours. Nope. Shame on BonBon tours. And the contact number provided “couldn’t be completed”. Requested a refund and expect to receive it.
No show on the day. We waited where we were told and no one turned up. We tried to contact the operator and got no response.
The tour guide was a no-show. I reached out to them shortly after the tour was scheduled to start for an update, but they were unresponsive to my message. They also haven’t responded to Viator’s request for a refund. It has been over a week since the date of the scheduled tour. Viator was very responsive to me, but it appears that they have no control over what the tour operators do.
We arrived at the location but no guide or tour showed up. Was it canceled because of rain? Nobody told us! We wasted a cab ride and did not get our payment back,
