Itinerary
Guests meet outside the legendary Moulin Rouge, one of the most famous cabarets in the world and a true symbol of Parisian nightlife. Immortalized in the vibrant posters of Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, the Moulin Rouge became the birthplace of the music hall and the dazzling French Cancan. Since opening in 1889, this iconic venue has captivated audiences from around the world. Legendary performers and global stars—including Édith Piaf, Liza Minnelli, Frank Sinatra, and Elton John—have all been enchanted by its electric atmosphere. Here, your guide will introduce the fascinating history, colourful characters, and scandalous stories that made the Moulin Rouge one of the most celebrated entertainment venues in Paris.
See where the most famous Crème Brûlée in the world is made, featured in the award-winning French movie "Amélie" (also known as "Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain"), the character Amélie eats her iconic crème brûlée at the "Café des 2 Moulins", a real café located in the Montmartre district of Paris, where she works as a waitress throughout the film. Great photo location.
Guest will visit where Pablo Picasso lived in the Bateau-Lavoir, a building in the Montmartre district of Paris, from 1904–1909. The Bateau-Lavoir was a studio complex and meeting place for many artists, including Picasso, Amedeo Modigliani, and others.
At the hidden Clos Montmartre, discover one of Paris’s most charming secrets—a working vineyard tucked away on the slopes of Montmartre. Learn how this small vineyard preserves the neighborhood’s rural past, when the hill was once covered in vines and windmills. Hear about the lively annual Fête des Vendanges de Montmartre, a beloved harvest celebration filled with parades, music, and wine. It’s also a perfect spot to capture photos of one of the last remaining vineyards in the city.
At the lively Place du Tertre, step into the artistic heart of Montmartre. This charming square is famous for its open-air artists who set up easels each day, painting portraits, sketches, and colorful scenes of Paris. Surrounded by cafés and historic buildings, the square captures the spirit of the bohemian Montmartre that once attracted legendary artists like Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dalí. Visitors can watch artists at work, browse unique artwork, or simply soak up the vibrant atmosphere of one of the most iconic squares in Paris.
Visit the famous steps of Sacré-Cœur, where one of the most spectacular views in Paris unfolds before you. From this iconic hilltop, gaze out across the city’s rooftops and landmarks while your guide brings the history of Montmartre and the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre to life. It’s the perfect moment to pause, take unforgettable photos, and experience the magic of Paris from above.

Becky explained every dessert and sweet we tasted in such an interesting way, sharing both the stories behind the treats and the rich history of the Montmartre neighborhood. The tour was perfectly organized, relaxed, and so enjoyable from start to finish. Every stop was delicious, and Becky’s positive energy made the whole experience even more special. What a fantastic tour! Becky and Vic ours guides were both wonderful- so friendly, knowledgeable and fun! Each stop was perfectly timed, and the amount of food served was perfect. It was really plentiful, varied and so delicious. The right amount of history was also shared and was perfect for the audience. I think there were eleven people on the tour spanning a wide age range. The amount of walking too was perfect. This was our third walking tour over our five day visit to Paris and it was without a doubt the best. I’ve been telling everyone about it and how it’s a must do for your visit to Paris!

Thank you so much Victoire and Becky for this sweet tour in le quartier Montmartre. I really liked the fact that we went to places not too crowded with tourists. It was interesting, not too long and most of all, it was fun and super friendly!! I could feel how passionate you are . The choice of pasteries and confiseries was incredible ( I am not saying too much, so next people still enjoy the surprise ). Really hope I can make it for the tour in the Marais next time ;) Thanks again for this fabulous time!
This was an AWESOME experience! Not only did I indulge in great chocolates & pastries but toured and learned a lot about this area of Paris. Becky and Victoire were full of knowledge and so enthusiastic to share it! The sweets were the BEST! They did an amazing job selecting perfectly delicious sweets. You will not regret this tour if you are looking to dive deeper into the cultures of Paris.
What a sweet review—merci beaucoup! We're absolutely delighted to hear you had such an awesome time with Becky and Victoire. Those two are like the dynamic duo of Parisian pastry—full of knowledge, enthusiasm, and a sixth sense for sniffing out the best sweets in town! We're thrilled you got to indulge your taste buds and your curiosity. That perfect combo of culture, chocolate, and croissants is basically the Parisian trifecta. Thanks so much for joining us—we’re sending you a virtual macaron (or three) and hope to see you again for another delicious adventure soon. Bon appétit et à bientôt!
We went on the Wickedly Indulgent Sweet Tour today, learning about Montmartre while enjoying a large selection of Paris’s lovely pastries along the way, from chocolate eclairs to chantilly cream-filled « chouchou »… so filling and delicious (I suggest you bring a bottle of water with you!). Also, for fans of Amélie Poulain, you get to enjoy a crème brûlée from the café made famous in the movie. Thanks to Victoire and Becky for the wonderful experience!! This is an excellent tour for Sweet Tooths and foodies
What an absolutely delicious review—thank you so much! We’re thrilled to hear you joined the ranks of the “Wickedly Indulgent” and survived the sweet overload with your crème brûlée torch still blazing! Victoire and Becky are pros at combining sugar, stories, and cinematic charm—and yes, that Amélie café moment is the cherry on top (or should we say, the brûlée on the crème?). Excellent tip about the water—hydration is key when battling a dessert parade of epic proportions! We’re so happy you had a memorable time and hope your sweet tooth is still smiling. Come back anytime—we’ll have a pastry (or five) waiting for you!
