I would avoid booking transportation through Viator based on my experience. My reservation clearly showed a 10:00 AM departure. The day before pickup, the driver texted me asking if I had changed my pickup time. I replied that I had not and that my pickup was still 10:00 AM. The driver responded, “Thank you and see you at 10am.” I have the text messages confirming this. Despite that, the driver arrived at 9:00 AM, an hour earlier than the confirmed pickup time. I was not ready because I was expecting the agreed-upon 10:00 AM pickup. I then contacted Viator customer service, and their representative also confirmed that my pickup time was 10:00 AM. Since Viator records calls for quality assurance, they can easily verify this conversation. Even with the booking confirmation, the driver’s own text messages confirming 10:00 AM, and customer service confirming the same, Viator denied my refund and claimed the driver arrived “on time.” I’m disappointed that clear evidence was ignored instead of the situation being resolved fairly. I expected much better customer service and accountability.

I personally reached out to you 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup to confirm every detail, including the exact resort location and the confirmed pickup time of 10:00 AM. At 9:45 AM—15 minutes before the pickup—we received a refund request notification from Viator stating that you wished to cancel because the driver had taken you to the airport an hour before your departure. Please note that this driver is not affiliated with our company in any way. Upon receiving that notice, I immediately contacted our assigned driver, who was already en route for your 10:00 AM pickup. I instructed him to proceed to the location and collect GPS tracking and timestamp evidence to ensure we had a clear record of the situation.
I had a fantastic experience with our driver in Montego Bay. He was punctual, professional, and extremely courteous throughout the entire trip. The vehicle was comfortable, and he even had great music that made the ride enjoyable.

Asife was an amazing driver. He was extremely professional and prompt, my flight got delayed and he was aware and tracking my flight the entire time. I will def be using his service on my next visit to Jamaica! 10/10 recommended.

Just how personable Flicky was. He was a gentleman and didn’t let us do a thing. He got us to our destination and departure safely. Normally I am not comfortable sleeping in other people’s vehicles but I dozed off and woke up when we arrived to our destination. When I come back because I will be back. I want Flicky every time!!

I love it they was friendly & greeted up most respect. 100/100 for my 4 days they was ready to party & get us to our places on time kept their cars clean & told us about the best spots to relax party & eat at
