Pickup Locations & Times
ARRIVAL – AIRPORT PICKUP Pickup at the airport is on the outside. After clearing Immigration and Customs, go outside to the arrival area. Use the first door on right at the information desk to exit the terminal. Once outside, turn right and walk towards the restroom. Our greeter will be standing behind the barricade holding a sign displaying ISLAND TRANSFER AND TOURS (Do Not look for your Name). Once you have identified the greeter, present your ticket to him and he will escort you to your ride. DEPARTURE/RETURN TRANSFER- HOTEL PICKUP Pickup from the hotel is scheduled 2.5 hours before the departure time you specified on your reservation. A message will be sent through your reservation with your exact pickup time. On your departure date, please check out and be ready at least 10 minutes prior to this time. Meet your driver at the entrance to the main lobby as specified on your reservation. Drivers can wait only 10 minutes after the pickup time given.

Smooth process throughout the entire experience. Representative was right outside the airport on the location that we were told to meet him. He called the driver who came on 5 mins and helped to load our bags. Driver nest Howard was great and got us to the resort safely. We highly recommend.
