I highly recommend booking this experience in person rather than through the app. Unfortunately, the app was not very user-friendly and made the process more difficult than it needed to be. However, once I arrived, the service completely made up for it and exceeded all my expectations. The manager and the entire crew were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. What could have been a frustrating experience because of the app turned into one of the best experiences I’ve ever had thanks to their outstanding customer service. A special thank you to Lily, Geo, and Ivan. They truly went above and beyond to make my birthday weekend unforgettable. Their positive attitudes, excellent service, and genuine care made all the difference.
