On the day of your reservation, the weather conditions were extremely severe, with heavy rain making it unsafe to operate. The safety of our guests and crew will always be our highest priority, and we would never ask anyone to go out on the water in unsafe conditions. After arriving at the marina, you spoke with the marina security guard, who then contacted our team. As soon as we spoke with you, we immediately assured you that you would receive a 100% full refund due to the weather and asked you not to worry. We also explained that because your reservation was made through Viator, they process all customer payments, so any questions regarding the refund timeline would need to be confirmed with them. Unfortunately, despite our reassurance that your refund was guaranteed, the conversation became hostile, and you continued demanding an immediate refund before leaving the marina. Even so, we approved and processed your full refund the very same day. We respect every guest’s opinion and welcome honest feedback. However, we cannot accept reviews containing false accusations. At no point did we keep your money, attempt to keep your money, or ask you to sail in unsafe weather. Those claims are simply untrue.
