Wonderful experience. But one thing felt like the air conditioning was not working properly. Staff was amazing
Pick up & Drop off is an absolute banger! it really worth it... go for it ✅ take catamaran tour 🤿 🏊🏻🏊🏻♂️
The trip was well organized and taken care of; perhaps I expected a little more from the location, but seaweed and odors in the heat are perhaps inevitable. I would have liked to use local transportation more instead of doing everything on foot, but I had been told that there wasn't any. In reality, bikes would have also been convenient, which in any case have a reasonable price of $15 per day for rental. I am not a fan of hop-on hop-off tours
I was looking forward to this tour, but I was really disappointed. The AC on the bus felt more like a fan, and with all of us in that bus it felt like a sauna. Imagine that for 3+ hours. The Dolphin tour was so hipped up but it was just boring. It was mostly going around the marina, low music, not much interaction from the staff… again, boring is how I would describe it.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding the bus, we regret that you felt uncomfortable during the ride. The air conditioning was operating, although we understand that maintaining a temperature comfortable for everyone can be challenging, especially on a long journey. The Dolphin Watch is operated by a local third-party company and takes place in the dolphins’ natural habitat. Since these are wild animals, sightings and the experience itself can vary depending on the day's nature and conditions. We are sorry the activity felt disappointing and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
Isa and Manny were such great people who guided us on this journey to Key West and back. It was such a great experience of getting to Key West without having to drive yourself there. Isa was very knowledgeable with the area and shared with us facts that were very interesting to know. Would recommend!
The guide was very friendly and informative. The bus had 2nd story which made better view, and I enjoyed it. I just wish the seat had a table or at least a cup holder. It's easy to spill drinks.
Our tour guide Luis was super helpful, funny, answered any questions we had. They made our experience very worth while.
Had Luis and Lazaro as guide and driver, they were phenomenal. Will go again
Great trip , I would do it again
The visit to the island is absolutely worth the four-hour bus ride each way. We didn't do any extra activities, but during the six hours at our disposal, we wandered all over the neighborhoods of Key West and visited Hemingway's house.
