We’ll share exactly how you can dominate Mexican gastronomy (the most classic Mexican recipes, methods, and kitchen tools) even if you’re not a professional chef. Experience the local market with your chef-guide and pick up some fresh ingredients while you walk through the different food sections with their variety of herbs, vegetables, meat, and seafood. Find piñata shops, tortillas Factory (from corn flour to table-ready), pottery, clothes, and some souvenirs. During our Cancun Mexican Cooking Lesson and Local Market, you will use traditional kitchen tools like the molcajete (stone mortar), comal (flat griddle), and clay pots, and finish by enjoying the 4-course meal you helped to create, accompanied by drinks.

I was very excited for this excursion, unfortunately I was never picked up. I tried contacting the tour company by call and text with no luck. I waiting in the lobby for an hour before giving up.
Sasha was over and above AMAZING!!! Here I thought I knew something about cooking he made everything over the top fantastic. What a great experience would definitely do again and will tell everyone to do this tour and cross your fingers you’ll get Sasha as your guide.
Great experience, highly recommend to go. Chef was very nice, talked about the produce and ways to select ripest ones. Went through some history of the food in the area. Making your own food was fun, highly recommend to anyone thinking about culinary interests.
