Entry fees to the Visitor’s Center are included in the price of your ticket where you can enjoy interactive exhibits and educational presentations that offer a deeper understanding of the glacier’s geological significance and the surrounding ecosystem.

You can see Nugget Falls from the parking lot and Visitor's Center, but IF you choose to hike to Nugget Falls, it takes 45-60 minutes roundtrip to hike. If you are planning on hiking to the falls, please do this first to ensure you do not miss your return bus departure.

Our guide Alicia was awesome from start to finish !!!! If you are on a cruise ship this tour is the way to go !!! They have the nicest shuttle bus in Juneau !!! They take you right to Mendenhall Glacier Visitor Area..... They are the best !!! Thank you for showing us Juneau ...
Simple bus ride to the park. Driver fun and gave info on way out. Easy and confinement though you can probably get to the park on your own for less and not be on a schedule if you would like to hike some of the longer trails.
It's a beautiful place to visit but the bus fare is way too expensive because the distance is not even 10 miles. Thank you 🙏

it was very nice and Kenny is the best. Had a nice bus ride, a nice time at the glacier and even saw a bear.
Kenny was a phenomenal tour guide full of dad jokes and willing to answer all of our questions. It was a short ride to the falls but this was our best stop by far on this cruise. Thanks for the amazing picture opportunities!
Kenny was amazing! He told jokes, pointed out wildlife, and sang for us on our way to the park. What more could you want? Great for kids. There are bathrooms and paved trails. $5 park admission but free when you book the tour.
The coach was comfortable. Alicia, our bus driver, gave us good information about Juneau during the ride.
