They never arrived at our meeting. Thank goodness another Spanish tour took us... very poorly!
Bad exp didn’t turn up to do the tour won’t be booking via them again at all didn’t even turn up on o do the tour no communication
Steven was an incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining guide for our first visit to Bruges, this was an excellent introduction with many interesting facts and stories. Plus fries, chocolate and waffle tastings which our teenage son especially enjoyed! Thanks for a fun 2 hours
We met up with Carlos, who was charming. He was very friendly, and informed us that the tour was in Spanish, which we only realised after we had booked it! We said that we didn't mind, and we were happy to go with him. He told us, that if we waited for half an hour, then his friend, Steve from "Across Bruges " would take us onto his tour. He communicated really well with Steve and passed on our details, allowing a seamless crossing from one tour to another...thank you Carlos.
The experience was very pleasant. We were able to understand something more about the history of the city in a pleasant and interesting way.
There was no tour. They didn't show up and didn't warn. I chatted with a partner and he offered me a tour an hour and a half later? But we had to go I hope you will return the 33 euros you pay
Great interesting and entertaining gentle walk round the city Steve our guide was incredibly entertaining for all, he took time to speak to individuals independently of the group and personalised the walk very well . He interacted with youngsters , made balloons along the way for some young children and generally made the activity great fun Would definitely recommend this activity
A little boring we were a group of friends and the truth we didn't like much I don't know how to explain it unenjoyable .I wouldn't repeat the city is beautiful deserving more
What a great experience! “Local” guide Allister (born in Scotland) struck a perfect balance between being informative and funny! We had already visited quite some buildings and did get their respective back stories. Allister went above and beyond, placing it in a bigger picture of Bruges history. And adding funny, typical and very vivid stories and images (both on the many buildings, from his own bag or by his expressions).
You are going to be walking for at least 1 hour 40 minutes, but, it’s worth it.Steve our guide was very enthusiastic, entertaining and understanding. He knows his stuff. I don’t think we would have understood the city better if we had not done this.
