The highlight of our Manaus tour, the iconic Amazonas Theater, is one of the city’s absolute must‑see landmarks. Built in 1896, it serves as the main venue for cultural performances and is a magnificent symbol of the prosperity of the rubber boom era. What an amazing tour of Manaus. Savio was our guide and he is fluent in English. We were picked up by a driver and savio in a new electric car and taken around. We needed an ATM and they took us to a very safe one inside a pharmacy. We went to MUSA first and that jungle walk was better than the one we had later in the National forest. Savio has great eyes and pointed monkey and macaws in the wild. MUSA has an observation tower that if you go to the top you can see to the Amazon river. They have large water Lillie’s there. Which we couldn’t see in the river because the water level was 4 meters too low. Then we went o the opera house and he gave us the history and little unknown facts. I even got to sit on a chair. He was train by the Ministry of tourism so he knows a lot. We drove to the place and over the iron bridge and saw the stilt houses. Went to the market and he translated for us, so we were able to try some samples. The only thing we missed was the restaurant’s buffet because it was closed due to a holy day. But, we spend more time in MUSA that we would have had to eat in a rush. At the end we returned to the cruise terminal. Best tour we had on this trip. We learned so much about the rubber barons and the rise and fall of Manaus and the new investments to bring the city back to its glory days. So many beautiful golden age architecture and murals on buildings. Thank you Savio and driver for a wonderful day.
Thank you for recommending the tour; it truly means a lot. I hope to welcome you back to Manaus someday for more unforgettable experiences. Rodolpho
Guide very well prepared, attentive and kind. She showed us Manaus in a very nice way, telling the very interesting story attracting everyone's attention. Note 1000.

Bottazzi whale watching was incredible! The town is lovely. The beach is amazing and the local restaurants provide many delicious dining options
The opera house is very interesting. The lunch restaurant the tour guide recommended with local fish is amazing.
Hello Dear Pen Si Hun. I want to thank you for choosing me for your tour in Manaus, I enjoyed very much spending some time with you and showing you around. Rodolpho
Rodolpho – Another excellent choice in Manaus. He obviously thrown into this adventure late but handled everything. He was excellent answering all our questions while pointing out particular things that he knew we were interested in. Customer focused – three example. We needed to pick up some cash but it was Saturday – he says no problem!! Finds and drives us directly to a bank ATM associated with Western Union while covering the parking fee. Second, my iPhone battery was weak and he offered to stop and buy a charge cord for his car USB and thirdly as our tour was ending and it look like rain, he drove us directly to the entrance to the market (parked illegally) but stayed with the car, put on his flashers and said I will be right here when you return. Also very helpful with language for lunch at the place you picked by the Opera in Manaus. I know he was a fill in, but I would humbly suggest you should us him for Manaus. Also an A+ rating.
Hello Dear Charlie, Thanks a lot for coming to Manaus, was a great time with you. Rodolpho
Rodolpho was just perfect. He picked us up at the airport at the exact time and took us to a complete city tour around Manaus. He answered every question we asked (and there were a lot), was very clear about the explanations. He really knows the city and its history. We went to the amazing Amazon Theatre (don't miss the inside!), the Market, the Banana and the Fish Markets, main historical squares, Ponta Negra beach... like 4 hours later, he took us to the Marina so we can take the boat to our hotel. Great choice for a private guided tour.
I really thanks you for choosing my services,
Very nice tour for fist time visitors. Recommend it! Walking around the historical center of the city is the best way to feel its soul.
