Itinerary
The 90 minute covered boat Tour departs from Port of the Islands Marina every 45 minutes daily 365 days per year.
Experienced nature loving Coast Guard licensed captains to narrate the tour in a manner that resonates with children/adults of all ages. Manatees in the wild may be in the harbor area, the residential bays, or in the exciting mangrove forest. Manatees come to the boat over 90% of the time. Patrons enjoy matching birds in the trees to the provided Everglades bird Card. There is a max of 6 passengers per boat. Family groups of 7-42 will use multiple boats staying close.

Captain Glen was so knowledgeable and caring. We are visiting from California with our grandchildren. He made sure to tell us the tricks on how to spot a manatee. This time of the year they are harder to spot. But we saw 5 of them. Big and beautiful. Definitely will recommend this trip.
Paul was great! We saw manatees and a baby shark. History and information was shared throughout the tour. The boat was relaxed and accommodating.

An excellent wildlife experience with Captain Becky. The commentary was just enough to retain interest and be entertaining. Viewed manatee, gators, crocs and bull sharks at close quarters as well as numerous birds and mangrove landscapes. Comfortable boat with room to move around for that excellent wildlife view. Good value.
We had a great time on the 5/29 2:30 trip. The captain was extremely knowledgeable and really cared about the manatees, their environment, and took care to take us to good places to see them, and experience them where he knew we would likely find them. Beautiful and relaxing trip. Boat was wonderful and clean. We really appreciated the experience, and would do this again with this Company!
Captain Becky was incredible. She shared so many facts with us and pointed out all the points of interest. She educated us on manatees, sharks, alligators, and many species of birds. We enjoyed the fact it this tour was for small groups, and actually ended up just being the three of us! Great calm ride, and Dallas was very knowledgeable about the Manatee’s, wildlife and area in general. We did see several Manatees, and even a Mom with her calf! Also spotted one alligator! Definitely recommend this excursion!
Becky was our tour guide and she was excellent. We saw manatees, an alligator, sharks and all kinds of birds. She explained everything clearly & we learned a lot. My family really enjoyed our time on this excursion.
We had an amazing time on the manatee sightseeing and wildlife boat tour! One of the best parts was that there weren’t many people on the boat, which made the whole experience feel much more personal and exclusive. We were able to see both alligators and manatees up close, which was incredible. The time spent cruising through the canals was also very relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish, and we would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to enjoy some unique wildlife and a peaceful boat ride.
