Very Informative walking tour, learning a lot about the history of Valencia. The Tapas were amazing!
Thank you so much for your great review! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed learning about the history of Valencia and that you loved the tapas. We hope to welcome you back for another tour in the future!
The tour was really amazing. We had group of only 3 people which kind made it more enjoyable and easier to chat. Juan Jose was our tour guide and was really one of best 3 tours I have been lately. He took us also to try horchata and we got some sweets for free (don’t remember the name). We ended up all on beer together and exchanged some additional recommendations. Thank you Juan, was really great tour.
Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We are thrilled you had such a blast with Juan Jose, enjoying the horchata, sweets, and sharing a beer together afterward. We would love to welcome you back on any of our other tours around Spain! Safe travels!
A great way to get an overview of the history of the old Town . We gained a brief history of the city , tasted amazing pinxos & sampled the famous Horchata. Our guide was knowledgeable & moved along at a good pace with time to Absorb all the local history .
We had a very informative tour with Tiziana. Along the way we got to sample Horchata and some local chocolate. We ended with tapas and Agua de Valencia at a lovely little tapas bar. Thank you for making our stay in Valencia so special!
Juan was amazing! He is friendly and has good knowledge of the history of Valencia and the architecture around town. He also gave us good recommendation for local cuisine and what else we can see and do. So glad to have met him.
Thank you for sharing your experience!!! We’re glad Juan could help you discover the best of Valencia's history, architecture, and local food. We strive to provide memorable tours, and your feedback means a lot to us. Safe travels and hope to see you again! :)
Guide was awesome, his english was perfect. tour was a challenge due to Fallas festival in full swing but we still managed to get around the city using all the walkways avoiding most of the crowds. have been to the city many times but this tour meant i learnt lots more i didn't know. tapas at the end was yummy. I can't recommend this tour enough
Thank you so much for the glowing recommendation! We are thrilled that you enjoyed the tour, even with the vibrant madness of Las Fallas in full swing. It takes a real 'pro' to navigate those crowds and find the quiet walkways, so we’ll be sure to pass your praise along to your guide. We’re especially happy that, as a frequent visitor, you still walked away with new stories and a full stomach!! :)
Booked this as had a few hours free in the evening of my first day on Valencia. Juan was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining the history of Valencia, Fallas and answering all the questions that were thrown at him. The tour was not rushed and was at a leisurely pace. We saw alot of the Fallas monuments but festival aside he pointed out important landmarks within the city. The advert mentioned experiencing 2 traditional tapas tastings but this didn't happen so it maybe need to be clarified as to whether this is a part of the tour or not.
Juan is an excellent guide and really knowledgeable about Valencia. He is really upbeat and has great English. He brought us to the main sights in the Old Town and gave some history on each one. He also gave us some great restaurant recommendations (thanks for the Mexican - we went twice 😜 ). There was a bit of a misunderstanding around the food/tapas tasting side of things. He asked if we wanted to stop for a break or to keep going...so we agreed to keep going. If we had known this stop was so we could try the tapas, we would have stopped ☺️ It wasn't a big deal but it would have been nice to try his recommendations.
Our tour guide was Juan. He was excellent! My daughter and I learned so much about the history of Valencia. We really enjoyed the tour. We had been to some of the areas ourselves but revisiting those places with Juan and learning about each one was great. Juan’s English was excellent as well! I highly recommend this tour!!
Thank you so much! We’re thrilled you and your daughter enjoyed exploring Valencia with Juan and learning more about the city. We hope to see you again in our other experiences across Spain! Best regards,❤️ Adriana The Mystic Xperience Team
A very well organised tour of the old part of the city. A two hour walk was just enough time to view all the required historical buildings. Our tour guide, Juan was very knowledgeable & very helpful.
