I booked an airport transfer through Booking.com and was assigned Bedriven. The driver did not turn up to collect us. When I called, he said he was stuck in traffic, then became completely unreachable. Strongly avoid this company. If Booking.com assigns you Bedriven, cancel immediately and choose another provider.
Even though I had prepaid the transfer from airport through booking.com the driver took 25 euros claiming that it's Sunday and I'll get a refund from booking.com. That was a lie of course. When booking.com investigated the case, the driver Rafael lied that he only explained the cost. In reality he held us back and said we have to pay in cash. Of course no receipt so we can't claim anything afterwards. Don't drive with Bedriven cheaters, take Bolt instead
