Pickup Locations & Times
- We always suggest booking on the early spots to avoid waiting on long queues. - We offer free pick up and drop off in the Funchal area in a 2km range from our sales point , for pickup's outside this areas please contact us. - Pick up inside the cruise Port/Dock of Funchal only with 24h advance notice and an extra payment of €3 per person (Madeira Port Rules and Laws) that can to be payed to the driver. - Minimum 2 passengers per tour. - Children under 3 years old can only travel on baby Sling/Pouch. - Due to vehicle restrictions , it’s not allowed people over 110kg. - Tickets to the toboggans , entries or experiences in public or private spaces are not included in the tour price. - Toboggan rides are a separate private company and they may close due to bad weather conditions or due to excessive waiting queue (Late afternoon reservations) - MadTuk staff and vehicles are always identified and will never ask for any tour payment , cancellation or any different service other the one that was booked , except if its your wish to extend , modify your tour or due to weather conditions.

Very good morning spent with Bruno on the tuk tuk up to Monte to do the toboggan sledge. There was no queue for the toboggan so we jumped straight in. It was a much longer experience than we expected and they took a nice photo. Bruno also took a lovely video of us setting off. After the ride Bruno took us through the old town and back to our hotel. He provided us with lots of useful information about Madeira. Well worth doing!
Bruno picked us up from our Hotel. He was 15 mins early and he greeted us warmly. Bruno’s warmth and enthusiasm for his island was evident throughout and he showed a great deal of interest in who we were and where we came from. He was an absolute pleasure to be with and he left us with warm memories of our experience and great suggestions of other trips to take to make the most of our holiday. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent tour, highly recommend, great communication the night before confirming time for pick up. Bruno was amazing, friendly, informative. He accompanied us to purchase our Tobogganing tickets, and was there waiting for us afterwards. The tobogganing was great fun. Had a tour after of the old town. Thank you Bruno for a great few hours.
We had two drivers for our family of four. The drivers were already at the meet point ahead of time. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They shared interesting information about the island. They also provided some useful tips.
We had a great time on our trip. We were on a cruise and got picked up from the terminal. I would recommend booking this experience
