Start the day with early pickup from your hotel prior coordination, home, or Airbnb in Cusco Urubamba, Pisac, Ollantaytambo or in the Sacred Valley , you will be transferred to the train station in Ollantaytambo, to enjoy your 1.5 hour panoramic train tour to Aguas Calientes.
Our Vistadome-class train to Machu Picchu offers a different way to travel to the citadel. The cars have panoramic windows located on the walls and ceilings of the wagons, allowing you to have a connection with the outside. Also, on the return trip you can enjoy a fashion show on board according to your choice of train that will show you an exclusive collection of baby alpaca clothes with the latest trends which you can acquire if you wish. The Vistadome train brings the landscapes of the route to Machu Picchu in a unique way, making passengers feel part of the nature around them.
We arrive at Aguas Calientes station where our staff will assist you to board the bus to climb the winding road to Machu Picchu, amid a spectacular view of the Urubamba River and its canyon.
Upon arrival in Machu Picchu, you will have a tour of this magnificent place, your certified local guide will explain everything about the historical site of Machu Picchu and visit the main places of the lost city. The guided tour will last about 2.5 to 3 hours.
After your visit in Machu Picchu take the bus back to Aguas Calientes, you will have enough time for lunch, at the indicated time board your train back to Ollantaytambo station. Once in Ollantaytambo our identified driver will be waiting for you to return you to your hotel in Cusco. Estimated arrival time in Cusco 19:30 PM

This agency did everything as promised and was a wonderful experience Rayza was great sending all the necessary information, very attentive, guide and driver all very polite and caring, all staff made my experience in Machu Picchu more than special.
Unforgettable place, I was well advised by Mrs Raissa, by guide Paulo and a friendly driver named Martins. We were picked up at the hotel. All along we were assisted by the company. I recommend and give the tip to book at least two months in advance to get the best route that is the 2 or 3!
First, the highlights: Nacho, our driver for the first part of the journey was very professional and safe, on time, and patient. He literally waited all day for us in Ollantaytambo. The train to Aguas Calientes was nice, but we had to sit facing backwards. A young lady met us in AC and recommended we get breakfast at a small Cafe. She came back and took us to the bus. Judy met us at Machu Picchu and got us to the first photo spot. That's when the bad parts happened. I wanted to leave as I was feeling sick. I went down to the entrance even though Judy was encouraging me to continue. If I had continued, I'm sure I would be dead. I had severe food poisoning and altitude sickness. I was forced to wait hours for the tour to continue as planned. There was no contingency planned, no medical support, and no additional help. It was a miracle we made it back to Cusco where I spent the next 2 days on oxygen and liquids. I'm certain the eggs or mango juice at the Cafe set it off, but whatever it was, when you're in a foreign country and you've got stuff shooting out both ends, it's very uncomfortable to have to sit in a restaurant waiting for the next opportunity to try and get somewhere safe. I haven't felt so vulnerable and I've been in wars! Nacho saved the day ultimately, but they really need to be better prepared for emergencies. It's great to have everything all planned out, but this is a big undertaking where lots of things can go wrong. So once in a lifetime experience might be your last, and that's not an exaggeration.
Very good service and attention. Impeccable and very comfortable logistics. The company's guide was very knowledgeable and allowed me to observe many things that I would have missed if I had not gone with him. He also pointed out the best places to take photos and offered to take them without me having to ask anything. Recommended!
If your looking for a beautiful tour by Peru Inca related guide, choose them. Yvoni our tour guide explained everything in detail and the history behind it. We were even given the okay to take a classic photo in a place they only allow 100 people a day to enter that area. I rate the experience 10/10 and I'm a stickler when it comes to reviews. I highly recommend this company and you will not be disappointed.
It was amazing to see Machu Picchu, he still has his greatness. Nature, mountains and sunny weather made the trip to Machu Picchu unforgettable.
The experience was wonderful, jhordy took care of every detail and was always in touch with us attentive to any need. On the tour to Machu Picchu we had a very trained guide who explained to us in detail the history of the place, In addition the train he sent us in was spectacular, had live music, dance show, a beautiful view and was very comfortable. The following days we were picked up on time at the door of the hotel, the included food was varied and very rich, plus the tour guides to the humantay Lagoon and the mountain of colors were watching us and our needs It was a very pleasant experience that we will not forget 100% recommended travel with jhordy's agency
