Your agency cancelled my Tour the night before the tour was to take place. I was informed that your agency overbooked the tour. That is totally unacceptable and infuriating. This was my family’s only chance to go see one of the seven wonders of the world.

The pick up always were on time, the bus was clean and the driver was very kind. First class service, the pick up from the hotel was on time, the Vista dome train was spectacular with the typical dances and panoramic windows. The guide Marco in Machu Picchu was very knowledgeable about the culture and Machu Picchu was very interesting. Highly qualified and responsible service!
