When you arrive at the Cancun airport and after collecting your luggage, you must exit through the door of transport companies and travel agencies. We will contact you by text message with contact instructions. It would be very helpful if you responded to the message informing us when you have already passed the filters so that we can ask your driver to wait for you with a lollipop with your name at the welcome bar corresponding to the terminal where your flight arrives.

The drivers were courteous. However, my initial pickup was disappointing. I paid for luxury SUV service and did not receive it when I arrived to Cancun. I was greeted with a small sedan. The return pickup was fine since I was greeted with the luxury SUV that I requested. I should be compensated since my first pickup was not the transportation I requested.
