Meeting point: The meeting point at Galileo Galilei Pisa Airport (PSA) will be outside the arrivals gate, where the driver will wait with a welcome sign bearing the name indicated in the reservation. If the pick-up is at Bagni di Pisa in Largo Shelley, San Giuliano Terme, a private address or a hotel within the city of Pisa, the driver will be at the house number specified in the booking. Drawbacks: In the event that the meeting point is the airport and you miss the connection, being unable to arrive on time and knowing that you will arrive with a long delay, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes after the arrival time. After this time, you will be allowed to leave, considering the service as a "no show". It is therefore essential to communicate promptly with our customer service, allowing us to adapt the service and ensure a positive experience, even in the event of unexpected events. Baggage: You are allowed to bring 1 medium bag per person. For larger bags, we advise you to notify us in advance. Based on the number of people booked, we can calculate the total capacity for luggage we can carry

Finally got back to Florence after 7 years, so this applies to new travellers and those who hadn’t been for a while. Again, bought 2 return tickets – now 4 x the price as last time -, for the Sky Bus to Florence centre the lady in the airport booth confirmed. But the coach only went as far as Guidoni on the outskirts of Florence. We were then told that was the end of the line. Luckily the driver took us to where we had to go to buy tickets to get a tram the rest of the way into the centre of Florence. The tram journey only took around 15-20 minutes, but was a concern, assuming the bus would be dropping us off at the Santa Maria Novella Station as before. Course if you look on the net it tells you plenty about the T2 Tram from Guidoni to Firenze, so probably our own fault. It wasn’t until we had bought the return T2 tram tickets back to Guidoni that we looked at the bus ticket we had been sold, and this probably also included the cost of the T2 Tram. But poor communication at the Airport Booth didn’t explain this. Got there and back eventually. This T2 tram goes directly to Florence Airport, so may now be a better option than Pisa if ever go back.

The trip was easy and the driver made the trip all the better. We couldn't have been more pleased with the vehicle as it was clean and comfortable. The driver met us on time and whisked us to Florence. This was a very good transfer.
