This is a once in a lifetime experience to see this natural phenomenon of the luminous lagoon. Once you've booked, you will be picked up from your hotel, AirBNB, Guesthouse are where ever you are staying within the Montego Bay area on a 35 minute drive [depending on which hotel you are staying] to the Location where you will be welcome by your host Dennis upon arrival, who will offer you a complimentary drink, a choice of unique blended Jamaican rum punch, or a bottle of naturel spring water before you board the boat, for a short ride out in the lagoon. As the night get darker, the water naturally lights up when you jump in or play with it, don't miss the opportunity to jump in. you will be in the water for roughly 30 minutes, where you will have a chance to swim around in that magical glistening water. make sure you have your swim suit and towel and dry clothes. Its Important to note that this is a natural attraction, so it may not glow has bright if the moon is full or if rains.

Travelers will have a once in a lifetime chance of experiencing this magical experience, has they will have that chance to swim around after been transported by a bout to where it happens. you will be picked up from your hotel by a representative of esteentours and transported to the location by road along the beautiful scenic north coast on a 35 minute drive depending on the resort you are at, when you arrive at the location, you will be greeted by your host Dennis has he welcomes you and greet you with a choice of his own blended rum punch or a bottle of cool refreshing bottled spring water. has it gets dark you will board the boat, and taken for a short ride magic to where the magic happens. your trusted guide will tell you all about it and will allow you to experience the moment. total time on the water is 40 minutes.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed how beautiful the water looked! The guides were informative on the Luminous Lagoon. They allowed us to get in the water for 20 minutes. They also gave a complimentary rum punch. The admission fee was fair.
Very cool experience! We went as a family, shuttle service was seamless with great communication. It was only about 45 minutes from Montego Bay which was a good drive distance. Swimming with the water lighting up around you was a memorable experience for sure. Would definitely recommend. 10yo quote “it was just plain awesome”
Picked up on time and then others, then boarded a boat to the location, the actual water swim was 15-20 min then headed back You mainly pay for the pick up

One of the best experiences of my life, it's magical, as if you were in Avatar. I 100% recommend the experience, they picked us up at the hotel and took us back. Upon arriving at the dock, we were greeted with rum punch; in total, the journey from when they picked us up until we arrived at the hotel lasted approximately 4 hours. My recommendation for you: do not wear a white swimsuit 😂 the water is divine in the dark but very dirty; if you are squeamish like I am, bring shoes so that when you are in the water, you do not touch the bottom, it is slimy.

The drivers were educational, and it felt conversational, not like a tour guide. The boat itself felt the same + complimentary drinks from a nearby bar. It felt like your family was taken on the trip. And because we came during a slower tourist time, the experience altogether was very intimate. Super special for couples.
