Once you've booked, you will be picked up from your hotel, AirBNB, Guesthouse are where ever you are staying within the Montego Bay area on a 35 minute drive [depending on which hotel you are staying] to the Location where you will be welcome by your host Dennis upon arrival, who will offer you a complimentary drink, a choice of unique blended Jamaican rum punch, or a bottle of naturel spring water before you board the boat, for a short ride out in the lagoon. As the night get darker, the water naturally lights up when you jump in or play with it, don't miss the opportunity to jump in. you will be in the water for roughly 30 minutes, where you will have a chance to swim around in that magical glistening water. make sure you have your swim suit and towel and dry clothes. Its Important to note that this is a natural attraction, so it may not glow has bright if the moon is full or if rains.

Unforgettable experience! The driver and the boat guide were geniuses!
I did not get to go on the excursion because the tour driver showed up at 7:15 instead of 6 pm like the ticket said. When he got there a hour and fifteen minutes late, it was raining and to late for us to go. I'm very aggravated about this and think I deserve a refund.

Now, for every guest we always email or call your contact number provided, we did the same for you, there's a email contact provided by viator for us to communicate, I sent you an email for you to frist confirm that you're at the hotel you mentioned, then we give you your pickup time. Because all hotels are not in the same location, this communication is important. It as to be dark for this tour to take place and the hotel you were was only 8 minutes from the location, and at this time of year it gets dark at around 7.20pm, it would make no sense picking you up at 6.pm, the driver was there as the email said to pick you up at 7pm, when you finally answered, it was at 7.10pm, still early for you to do the tour, but you decided not to do the tour. There was another family there that was picked up from the same hotel you were at the same time and they were still early for the tour.
It was beautiful to see and experience, this also was a fast trip and you really have to move to get luminous going we were done in 10 min. Maybe would have been better in a group.

Was a wonderful experience. Our driver was right on time and waited for us the whole time. The fire show as a nice entertainment while we waited for our departure time. It was a magnificent experience to witness. The mud was gooey but part of the experience. Don’t worry, if you don’t know how to swim like me there are life vest. It was nice.
Wonderful time! The luminous lagoon was so beautiful to experience. The water lit up so gorgeously and was very warm and enjoyable. Our tour guides were very informational and funny as well.
The entire trip was fantastic! Great music, great ambiance, great sunset. You take a slow boat ride out to the mouth of the lagoon for a swim in about 9 feet of aqua blue water. Lots of fun to jump off the side of the boat and great for any swimming level. By the time the boat brings you back in, it's dark for the bioluminescence. You can easily see it on the small wave caps. Water shoes are helpful if you don't like the muddy feel of the bottom as it's only about 4 feet. It does feel tingly but it doesn't sting. Definitely a worthwhile, incredibly experience. One of our boat mates said, "I feel like Moana!"
We really enjoyed the Luminous Lagoon Night Tour from Montego Bay! Seeing the water glow at night was such a unique and unforgettable experience. The guides were friendly, the transportation was smooth, and everything was well organized. If you’re looking for something different to do while in Jamaica, this tour is definitely worth adding to your itinerary!
Errol collected the 4 of us bang on time and we had the minibus to ourselves. He was very knowledgeable and talked to us all the way to the lagoon. We were dropped off and had to wait for it to get dark enough to see the glowing lagoon. We all got a drink and the owner talked to us about the damage done by last year’s hurricane. We had the boat to ourselves also which was good. The young lad driving the boat talked to us about what we could see and the history of the lagoon. We dropped anchor and had 35 minutes in the water which was plenty of time and we got some photos though none of them do justice to the lagoon. He kept updating us about how long we had left and then took us all back to shore where our lift was waiting. Overall we were out on the trip for less than 1.5 hours. An efficient safe excursion for all the family.
Amazing! Luminous swim tour is an absolute must! Unique, unforgettable. Pictures don’t do it justice. Seeing the water glow as we swam felt like something out of a dream. Once in a lifetime experience! Tour company was easy to coordinate with. A special thank you to our driver Ray, who was absolutely incredible. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the area and made the entire experience even more enjoyable! Highly recommend this tour!! It exceeded our expectations!
Errol was very communicative regarding pickup time and traffic related delays. Everyone apart of the tour was polite. The drive there/back was a bit anxiety provoking for me, due to driving style (cultural difference being on opposite side of road & more aggressive driving style]. The tour itself felt more like a typical night swim. However, my daughter (4.5) really enjoyed it; the city views added to it. It's not something on the top of my list to do again, but I'm glad I experienced it with my daughter!
