This is a good...

This is a good introduction to the Louvre and its collection. It can be overwhelming to go alone. It is much easier to go with someone who knows the Louvre well and is even recognized by the staff. There is no way be comprehensive in two hours, but you will see most of the most famous pieces of art in the museum, including Winged Victory, Mona Lisa, Venus de Milo, the Wreck of the Medusa, Napoleon's Coronation, etc.

Wonderful tour and guide

Ellyesse was a fantastic tour guide. Incredibly knowledgeable on anything and everything in the Louvre. He was able to tell us things about the art that we otherwise would’ve never known, showed us the door where the theft happened and pieces of art we otherwise may not have seen. He was patient with us while we looked around and spoke phenomenal English as well. Highly recommend this tour as it made walking through the Louvre so enjoyable.

Always listen to your Sensei!

Excellent tour. A guided tour is the way to go. A small group makes it better. Our guide, Sensei, is an excellent storyteller and combined with his own passions and interest gave us a beautiful experience at the Lourve. He was personable, knowledgeable and took his time to make sure we enjoyed the experience. The Lourve is HUGE. If youre in Paris and have the ti.e to go everyday for four days, then take your time and explore it all. Otherwise, the big three are completely covered by the guided tour. What you'll see is completely dependent upon the guide and the day, but with a limited window, its amazing. At the end, it was just my wife and I. It was perfect.

Only booked for the Louvre tickets

We booked the tour solely to get tickets because the museum was sold out. Our tour guide was below average and rushed us through the exhibits. To his credit, it was extremely hot, but the tour was disorganized and it felt like he was making things up as he went, vs having a plan.

Amazing skip the line private tour got The Lourvre

This tour was a perfect way to see The Louvre. We met at the tour guide near the Louvre. We purchased a skip the line and private tour. I would recommend bringing a fan for inside the museum, it can get warm inside. We didn’t have to wait in the long line outside. There’s another entrance inside that we used. The guide knew where to go for restroom breaks with no line. Our tour guide was excellent!

Wonderful tour

This was a fantastic tour! Our guide showed us all the major displays in the two hours of the tour. It was wonderful to see all of the amazing art pieces! It was very busy and crowded but our guide somehow brought us to the right place at the right time and we never felt rushed. Honestly, I would even pay double the price for the ease of navigating the lines and even skipping some lineups. At the end of the tour we had the option to stay and browse the Louvre on our own. I could not be happier with the whole experience.

The Louvre in the evening- the best time as every day is busy, but the evenings are less busy

Great knowledgeable guide. We were a group of four on the evening tour. Misuk, our guide gave interesting thorough comments . After the tour had finished, she took extra time to show us Napoleon’s Apartments, well worth it. A 10/10 guide
