Nice walk on Hollywood blvd, the little history they gave was more interesting than the ghost stories. I did not finish this tour
We appreciate your feedback and will take your comments into consideration as we work to improve our tours.
Great experience! (There were a few internet tour-play glitches along the way). Overall, we had an amazing time learning so much about Hollywood and unknown historical events. Having grownup in Beverly Hills and privy to lots of history on Hollywood, we were very pleased. Thanks!
Thanks for the review, glad you enjoyed it!
Great Podcast, lots of history about downtown LA. If you love ghost stories this ones for you. Best part of the tour is that you get to do it at your own pace. I love group tours, but sometimes I want to check out the buildings and do some exploring on my own and that’s what you get with this one. You can pause and start up at anytime, and I love that. I was able to stop on the strip and have a slice of pizza and a drink then started back up again. This was a great way to get in a good chill walk and enjoy the scenery.
Thanks for the review Les! We're happy you enjoyed it. Hopefully the slice of pizza was good too!
This was ok? It takes you down Hollywood Blvd and points put some of the buildings, but the ghost stories aren't that great. It's a lot of "oh, there might be something here" and not a lot of actual story telling. There also isn't a "walk until you get here " part of the tale, so you do have to toggle back and forth to the map Also, the description lists this as flat. It is EXCEPT the first stop. This is up a pretty steep hill, so if you have mobility issues, you might want to skip it (although there are bathrooms there....)
Thanks for the feedback, it's really quite helpful for us to update the tour as it's still pretty new. We adjusted the difficulty level and slope rating on the tour listing to reflect the first stop being on a hill. We've also updated the tour to include voice directions to the next point of interest. This way users can navigate using the voice directions or GPS map, whichever they prefer. Regarding the ghost stories, we try to walk the line between a traditional "ghost story" and discussing the interesting history that leads to them. We'll keep your comments in mind though for future tours as well as updates to this one. Thanks again!
