The local guide will pick you up at your hotel ( if located in Los Angeles ). Travelers can request the tour to start from any centrally located hotel. In case your hotel is outside the city center we will select a convenient meeting point in the city center.Tour may end at a different location from the departure point unless requested in advance of the tour.

STAY AWAY! SCAM ARTISTS! If I could give zero stars I would. Please listen when I tell you that there will be hidden fees, deposits, and a lot of other curve balls where they will take your money. We had an issue with the name on our reservation and they didn't even try to resolve, wouldn't let us talk to a manager, because they were "out sick" and then made us book a new reservation at almost double the cost. There is ZERO customer service or opportunity to resolve disputes either. Don't just take my word, while we were there every single person leaving the building was talking about how they will NEVER rent from these scammers again and even warning people in line to leave. I know it's tempting because they offer what looks like lower prices but they are not lower at the end of the day. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU, RUN AWAY!

This tour was absolutely perfect! Yusnierky picked us up at hotel exactly on time in her beautiful & clean vehicle. We had plenty of room and she was professional. Yuny printed a list of our requests for tour ahead of time to plan accordingly which ensured we stayed on schedule. We communicated via WhatsApp and she went over and beyond to accommodate us. You will not be disappointed if Yuny does your private tour!! We miss her already!
The company initially confirmed on the day, then cancelled, then offered a tour without a car (we were from overseas without a car) and after the day we were leaving. taking the option of money back, we were charged a fee for the cancellation. I would never use them again.

Phil was excellent! We visited part of the National Angeles Forest, took a walk and ate in the world market and finished with a tour of Beverly Hills, all enhanced by lots of little anecdotes about the places we passed by. I highly recommend!
