Pick a different company

Terrible communication. Late pickup Waited over an hour. Driver wouldn’t provide updates while we waited. Use someone else.

Finally the driver showed...

Finally the driver showed up in the UK. The contractors Viator uses in Rome, Italy never showed up. Service in the UK was fabulous
