After a stroll through lovely Green Park, we reach Buckingham Palace - official home of the King! Your guide will tell stories of British Royal history as you admire this beautiful Palace. On certain days you can watch the world-famous Changing of the Guard ceremony, and your guide will find the perfect viewing spot! Afterward, walk along the Royal Mall.
Reaching this iconic public square, you’ll see Nelson’s Column, the stunning fountains, and famous buildings including The National Gallery.
Continue to Horse Guards Parade, on the edge of stunning St. James Park. We’ll stop to admire its famous arch and iconic clock - a great photo opportunity!
Next, your guide will lead you to nearby Whitehall. This is home to many grand buildings and monuments, as well as Downing Street where British Prime Ministers have lived and worked since 1735!
At Parliament Square, you’ll see the incredible Palace of Westminster (home to the Houses of Parliament) and the iconic Big Ben clock up close, as well as views of the London Eye and Churchill Statue.
Continue to Westminster Abbey - one of London’s most beautiful buildings with over 1000 years of history. This is where British Kings and Queens are crowned! We'll pre-book your entry tickets for after the walking tour, so no need to join the long ticket line! The tour was a great intro to London. The guide (Arian) was very knowledgeable about British history and very engaging.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Will! He was knowledgeable, witty and very attentive to the needs of the group! He knew exactly where to stand to get the best views of the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace and paced the 3 hour tour very well! Was a nicely paced tour. We went on a day we got to see the guard changing which was really cool. For a walking tour it wasn’t bad at all. Didn’t have to walk too much and had a break or two during the tour. We got tickets to the Westminster and I would highly recommend going in. It’s beautiful
Nathaniel, our guide was very knowledgeable, learn a lot about the history. Good pace. We were 5 minutes late, I was told the group will start in time, but we were able to catch up and luckily didbt miss the tour.

Although pricey for a walking tour, we had a very good time. Our tour guide Will was excellent and very funny. We first went to Green Park then we saw the changing of the Guards. Although we had been there before, it was a first time experience for our teenage grandson. The tour included a break for restrooms and a concession stand. Will was tall and he held up a water bottle so he was easy to follow. We had to get off the tour since our grandson was stung by a bee. Will have us good advice about what to do. We later went on our own to Westminster Abbey which we thoroughly enjoyed and used the tickets Will provided us at the beginning of the tour. The next morning I received an email from Viator asking if my grandson was OK. I was so surprised and really appreciated their concern!!⁸8

Very interesting tour. We added on the Churchill’s War Room. Nathaniel was a wonderful guide. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
The experience was great! it was a very informative and entertaining leisure walk. Ash, our Guide, was very personable, answered any and all questions everyone had.
