- Attention: Please inform the operator about the number of children (0 to 3 years old). Under Portuguese law, children can only be transported in child seats. The priority is safety, comfort. In this way everything will contribute to give you an excellent experience. Mandatory: Infant seats ( from 2 to 4 years old) are available on request if advised at time of booking. We don't provide Baby car seat from 0 to 1 year. ( Portuguese Law Mandatory) Children must be accompanied by an adult )
- Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. Luggage has limits: From 1 to 3 Passengers is a car. In the Car, the maximum allowed luggage in a car is 2 (normal) large suitcases and 1 medium size suitcase. In the Mercedes Van (from 4 to 8 travelers) the luggage depend on the number of passengers
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- If you choose Pick up at Airport : Shall provide information on the flight number, name of the passenger and number of baggage. Includes 1 hour of waiting after arrival, plus 30 minutes of tolerance. Waiting time at the airport includes 1 hour and 30 minutes free of charge.

- Any flight delay should always inform us, otherwise no show will be given. Any type of flight delays or even cancellations are the responsibility of the airline company..
- After 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting at Lisbon Airport, if no one arrives and we receive no contact or information, it will be considered a "no-show.

We had a wonderful trip from Seville to Lisbon, stopping at several great towns along the way. Cesar was very personable, sharing history of and info about Portugal and Lisbon along the way. His car was large, clean and comfortable. We decided on this tour because our last stop on a two-week Spain/Portugal vacation was Lisbon, and we thought a road trip would be more interesting (and not much longer door-door) than flying. Our every expectation was met!
