Once you exit the cruise ship, enjoy a short 4-minute walk to the outside of the cruise port gate, where our representative will be waiting to greet you. After your booking is confirmed, you will be escorted to our ATV lineup, where you can choose the ATV of your preference. Please arrive promptly at your scheduled tour time. We look forward to welcoming you!

Marshall and his crew were phenomenal! They were professional, friendly, and made the entire experience unforgettable. Our family tour around the island was nothing short of amazing. The tour was well worth the price, and the crew made sure we all had a great time. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable adventure while visiting Grand Turk.
Marshall and his crew were great!! Our tour guide, “Savage” was awesome!! We rode on ATVs all around Grand Turks which was beautiful. The ATVs rentals were also a reasonable price. 10/10 highly recommend
First time ever and would def go again!!
It is really a fun activity however slightly misleading. The description read like you would have 1 ATV per person and that was not the case. The ATVs are small for two people and we only made 1 scenic stop therefore didn’t see much of the island. Driving ATVs was fun though. I would recommend as long as you’re not excepting to see much of the island.

If multiple ATVs are needed, a separate reservation must be made for each ATV. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding this when booking. Regarding the route, one of the roads leading to a historical site and scenic stop was unfortunately blocked on the day of your tour. As a result, we adjusted the route to include more off-road terrain, which provided a more adventurous and thrilling ATV driving experience. While this affected the number of sightseeing stops, our goal was to ensure guests still had a safe and enjoyable excursion. We appreciate your comments and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another ride in the future.
Very disappointing experience. Our tour was scheduled for 11:00 AM, delayed to 11:30 AM by text, and the guide still didn't arrive until 12:30 PM. We were later told the booking time should not have existed, indicating a scheduling error on the company's part. Communication was poor, with inconsistent updates and long periods without answers while we waited in the hot sun. The tour itself did not resemble what was advertised—we were not shown any notable sights, and the only stop was the guide's mother's shop. The ride was dusty, a member of our group was left behind at one point, and we ended the experience covered in dirt. Overall, the delay, lack of organization, poor communication, and failure to provide the advertised tour made for a very disappointing experience.

Upon arrival, we explained the situation and did our best to keep everyone informed. Regarding the itinerary, one of the highlights of the tour normally includes access to the road leading to the lighthouse. However, on that particular day, the road was unexpectedly blocked, making it impossible for us to safely access that location. To make up for this, we spent additional time exploring the off-road terrain and included extra riding time beyond the scheduled duration to help compensate for the delayed start. We would also like to clarify that this experience is marketed as a terrain and off-road adventure. As with any off-road excursion, dust, dirt, and rugged conditions are a natural part of the experience and are to be expected during the ride. We regret that the tour did not meet your expectations. Our team works hard to provide enjoyable and memorable experiences, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our communication and operations moving forward.
Honestly, this was an extremely disappointing experience. The ATVs were old, worn out, and clearly not well maintained. What frustrated me the most was that the tour guide spent the entire tour on his phone arguing with someone instead of interacting with guests or providing any meaningful information. We were promised certain landmarks, but we never saw the lighthouse, and no landmarks or points of interest were pointed out or explained at all. The only stop we made was at a local market to shop. This tour was nothing like what was advertised, and I left feeling like I wasted both my time and money. I definitely would not recommend this tour.

Highly Recommended! I thoroughly enjoyed this experience... Our guide was Marshall. Once out the gate, we were met by someone who drove us to where the ATV's were located. Although not booked from through the cruise line... I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! from the value & ease of the meet-up point. Just be sure to bring water, goggles or shades!
We had an amazing time riding the ATVs. Marshall took us all over the entire island. He also was kind enough to bring us to the store and to the ATM when we were in need. He even brought us to a very private beach with a local market close by for those who wanted to shop. This was not my first ATV experience, but I can say it was my absolute best! This excursion was extremely affordable and was probably the best time I’ve had in a long time. Marshall was very hospitable. I highly recommend this excursion to everyone.
Great guide...fun ride. Very knowledge about the island. Even dropped off for private snorkeling trip and picked us back up to return to our ship. Needs better meeting point instructions and identifiers.
