easy walk from port, friendly staff, map included which was nice. took the time to explain where to go
The guy who rented to us was so nice and helpful. I wish i remembered his name. He was a younger kid that was from Haiti. He gave us a map of the island, and gave us lots of recommendations of where to stop. The golf cart worked fine and we had no problems.
Golf cart was fun to get around the island. Would definitely rent again. Easy to pickup & dropping off golf cart, from the cruise ship port.
Our guide was friendly , informative and had a great attitude . The Golf carts were easy to operate and only a short walk to pick up.
It was super fun, but the carts were a little hard to get used to. We managed, but of our 9 golf carts most of us had steering or brake issues LOL

Rental was great! Located right outside the cruise terminal and was easy to locate. Check in was easy! They provided a map and some recommendations for sights and a bite to eat. Golf cart was great and drove well. It was nice not having to worry about refueling the cart prior to returning. It is a fun way to explore Grand Turk. Would rent from them again next trip.

We didn’t break down or get in an accident so that was great. But the golf cart we had was very old and had no horn. Every time we took a turn it felt like the cart would tip over. We should have rented from another company.
How often would you even need a horn? 80% of the golf carts on the entire island dont have a horn. If something else ruined your day dont take it out on us. We understand youre upset because we couldnt assist you with a ride inside. We clearly state that we are located outside the main gate and our golf carts cant enter the main port, Youre free to try which ever other company you want. Thank you

We loved Cactus Carts and the ease it provided getting around the island. Steering was a little loose but the off-road tires were great for some of the rougher roads to some of the beaches. Biggest downfall was the walk from the port to the pickup point. Not super long, but no shade along the walk
