Learn to surf with one of Florida’s trusted adventure companies at the World’s Most Famous Beach. These beginner-friendly Daytona Beach surf lessons are designed for first-time surfers, families, couples, and anyone looking to experience the excitement of catching their first wave in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Guests begin their experience by checking in at our local surf shop before heading a short distance to the beach to meet their professional surf instructor. Instructors are easily identified by their bright lime green rash guards and provide personalized coaching based on each guest’s comfort and skill level. Most first-time guests stand up during their very first surf lesson, making this an unforgettable Florida vacation experience.

Spence was absolutely amazing! He stayed with us the entire time, making sure we learned how to surf while keeping us safe and having fun. He explained everything in detail, was incredibly patient, and made sure everyone felt comfortable in the water. His encouragement and positive attitude made the whole experience unforgettable. This was worth every single penny. If you’re in Daytona, make sure to book your surf lesson with this company and definitely ask for Spence! You won’t regret it. The lesson was amazing!! The instructor was so kind and great at verbalizing and showing what is needed to get up on a board and surfing! Starting with in shop stuff before out on the water helps a lot- on a balance simulation- and helps lesson aloy of fear if the feeling out on the water! And on my first lesson I was up on the board and surfing!! I really recocomned this to anyone in the area wanting to learn!!

My boys had an incredible time learning to surf with Justin and Spencer!! They had them up on their boards within the first hour of their lesson. The instructors are so fun and positive- they made the whole experience exciting and unforgettable.

Taking my first lesson right before I turn 50 was amazing with your help. All your patience and clear instructions guided me through. This was on my 30 before 30 bucket list and I absolutely had the best time! My mom & I went & it’s a memory I’ll never forget! Our instructor made it so easy to learn and we could stand up on our first few tries! Will be coming back for more surf lessons in the future

Learning to surf was a "bucket-list" item for my daughter, who we booked the Learn To Surf lesson for. I don't think that it would be possible to have a better experience than we had with Justin and Mike. Justin took the time in the shop to go over some basics and warm up and then we headed out to the water. Justin walked us through a brief history of surfing in Florida (I had no idea!), safety and on-shore coaching before getting out there. Once on the water, Justin took the time not just to assist my daughter to catch her first wave (she did!), but also teach her correct form, how to correct mistakes, and even how to spot good waves. By the end, he was having her pick the waves to go after; which is knowledge that will transfer to the next time we go. Justin and Mike were very supportive and it was clear that their goal was not just to have "catching a wave" be the main event, but truly instructing how to surf, which I really appreciated. Their passion for the sport was apparent. Thanks so much, guys, for a great experience for my daughter (and all of us!).
