Please note that restroom usage policies are set by the venue and are beyond our control.
It was a great day in itself, but unfortunately the app with the audio guide did not work, so we could not use the booked information. The app was easy to download and an account was also quickly created, but the QR code was not recognized. The staff on site could not help either, so we did our tour without an audio guide.
