We then continue to Mackenzie Beach, offering another opportunity to swim in clear waters while watching planes take off and land nearby. I purchased ticket and paid cash. The rep did not have me down as paid on system. I Forgot ticket in my other bag as I purchased this the night before. The staff made me run all the way back to the hotel to get my ticket and present it. Other tickets were registered as paid so clearly rep who sold tickets did a bad job. I got no apology and staff were rude and passed blame back to me for forgetting ticket. Best to avoid booking with these people. The yellow sub cruise we did previously from the same port is much better and staff friendly.
We have carefully checked our records and can confirm that all tickets sold through our representatives are registered in the system. Boarding requires either a printed ticket or a digital ticket, as this is matched against the official passenger manifest that must be filed with the Cyprus Port & Marine Police. Without a ticket, physical or digital, it is simply not possible to allow boarding. In your case, the sale was recorded correctly by the rep, and the issue arose because you did not have your ticket with you. Our staff were not rude or blaming anyone — they followed procedure exactly as required for safety and compliance. Once the ticket was presented, boarding was completed as normal. It is also very unusual that this review was posted on 12/09, when your booked trip was for 13/09. Our company operates fully licensed vessels with strict safety and boarding protocols, and our crew always work to ensure a professional and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Perfect 2 hour trip with a couple of stops for a swim and snorkeling. The wreck was great to see and when I looked down at it I could see some scuba divers moving along, which was good to see. One thing to note, the 2nd stop is at McKenzie Beach, but it's our at sea so you don't actually get to go to the beach. But that was no problem. The boat was clean, well maintained and the bar was pretty reasonable considering you're a captive audience. All in all, if you're looking for a quick trip this is for your

Everything was great. The crew was really kind and helpful. The view was fantastic and scenic. The only problem was that the glass-bottom was really small and you couldn't see anything through it. Although the information about the tour says that the snorkeling equipment will be provided, it doesn't mention that you have to pay a deposit for it in cash (20 Euros and you get it back after snorkeling).

Nice little cruise around the water. Unfortunately, the seas were rough, but the crew was kind enough to take us to a protected harbor to get in SOME snorkeling.

After travelling all day, my daughter & I could have just flopped out for the count. However, I had booked for us to go on this Sunset Cruise as it was our first time in Cyprus. I can tell you we were not disappointed. The Crew were so kind & helpful, and really participated with all of us on the cruise to make it very special. My daughter went swimming in the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea - I hadn't been underwater swimming for decades, so I decided to take in the intoxicating Spa-like atmosphere of the Sea at sunset...or maybe it was the delicious Cyprus Wine we were given as part of the cruise! As a special "onboard magic trick", I took along with me some tea made from Blue Butterfly Pea Blossom Tea in a very small bottle. Yes..it is a wonderful antioxident tea! I poured a small amount into my white wine which instantly turned a gorgeous Lavender color to harmonize with my Lavender Pearl nail varnish! Needless to say it was a hit, so I shared some with a few passengers, and it made me laugh to see their expressions. The next time we come to Cyprus, we'll be on the Sunset Cruise again!
