Cyprus Railways Museum is located in the village of Evrychou, 50km outside of Nicosia. The museum is housed within the walls of a restored two-story building, which was formerly a train station. It is surrounded by a beautiful rose garden. The museum collection includes photographs, newspaper clippings, old tickets and train schedules, train replicas and many other items
Old Kakopetria is so precious that it has been classified as an ancient monument by the Department of Antiquities.
Agios Nikolaos tis Stegis is the only surviving katholicon (monastery church) of an 11th century Byzantine monastery in Cyprus.
The Troodos mountains are unique in their geology and one of the only few places in the world where scientists can examine oceanic crust without needing to go to the sea

Ktima Gerolemo winery is located about 1 kilometer north of the village of Omodos at an altitude of 900 metres, in the heart of the wine producing area. Visitors will be guided through a modern family winery and get introduced to the principles of organic cultivation of the vine and the “secrets” of wine. Visitors are also offered wine tasting sessions and snacks while enjoying spectacular views of the valley and the vineyards.
Famous for its wine, Zivania spirit, handmade narrow-knit lacing and ‘arkatena’ bread, its quaint environs are perfect for agrotourism.

Terrific day exploring the mountain and village areas of the Troodos Mountains. The villages were interesting and the waterfalls and churches that we saw were quite beautiful too. Iaxanna (Joanna) was our driver and she was excellent company as well as a very safe driver. A lovely Saturday in Cyprus. Highly recommend!

Iaxanna (Joanna) was an excellent driver and a lovely person to spend the day with! Can recommend her and the iTaxi company without hesitation! We opted for the more expensive private tour and it was totally worth it not to be on a big bus with hoards of other tourists. Totally enjoyed the day!

Chryso is a very knowledgeable extremely warm lady who took us on a tour and introduced the real culture and hidden gems of Cyprus along the route. She went out of her way to take us to photogenic sites which were not part of the tour and she took care of us just like a family member so would highly recommend the tour and the guide.

The company is very reliable and punctual. Our tour guide confirmed with us the night before and arrived on time the next morning. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, we learned a lot from him about each and every site we visited and about Cyprus’ history. The car was very comfortable. We definitely recommend itaxi
