Largest party Yacht VIP in Cancun up to 25 persons / 25P2

I never wrote negative reviews on platforms but felt the need to share the extremely disappointing experience with this company. I only gave two stars instead of 1 star for the food onboard and beautiful waters. The lack of organization and safety measures are very concerning. We are a big group of over 30 people for our wedding celebration. Martha (our rep) was communicative and accommodating to us prior to the trip. Traveling with a big group is hard to accommodate so we went with an open mind expecting a few bumps here and there, however the below points are absolutely unacceptable. First, we were only informed after we arrived at the port that we would be split into two boats. We were promised that the two boats will sail side by side and dock next to each other and we can spend time together in the water. Which never happened. The other boat's captain was non-responsive to our captain the whole time and refused to come to our boat after the incident when they left my mom and friend in the water, which leads to the second point. Second, during the only snorkeling session, the other boat left my mom and friend in the water which they had no idea what happened. We had to take them onboard to our boat. The maximum capacity of our boat was already 20, which was exceeded after we took them onboard. Also there weren't enough life jackets for everyone on the boat to begin with! Third, the snorkeling experience was extremely disorganized. We had to pay extra since originally they can only have a group of 5 snorkel at a time due to "safety reason". We paid extra to have more crew member on board to supervise a group of 10 at a time so that the rest of us won't need to wait for too long. There were no instructions, no communications, no guiding us in the water like other nearby boats do. Not sure what exactly we paid extra for. The crews didn't speak any English. Luckily we have guests in the group who speak fluent Spanish, or else it would be way worse. We communicated all issues to the company on the same day, no formal response was provided. We followed up multiple times during the week, still no outcome. Very disappointing and do not wish anyone to have the same experience we did...

The guys were great and we caught lots of barracuda! Recommend Dramamine though, half of our party didn’t feel good through all the waves!! The fish tacos they cooked for us were amazing!!

Great time we booked it for our family of 6 and all had a really good time. They were great with our young children very easy going

We schedule a 6 hour fishing trip with this company. The emails back and forth were very helpful, Ruth was always on the lookout and responding quickly on fishing day Willie and her son were our captain and assistant. They were incredible. We will definitely return
