Very well organized and efficient. Food was good, music enjoyable and the length of the outing was just right.
We booked a sunset wine cruise expecting an intimate experience with just eight guests, but only four hours before departure we were notified that our cruise had been canceled. Instead, we were moved to a much larger cruise with around 100 people, which was definitely disappointing since it wasn't the experience we had booked. To make up for the change, we were each offered a complimentary glass of wine, which was a nice gesture. The food was average—nothing particularly memorable—but the scenery more than made up for it. The sunset views were absolutely beautiful, and despite the unexpected change, we still had a wonderful time on the water. While I wish we had received more notice or a better alternative for the last-minute cancellation, the stunning views and enjoyable atmosphere made for an overall pleasant evening.
Wine tasting was canceled, transferred us to dinner cruise. Went and found the seating so crowded we left. This is not what we signed up for. We have requested a refund that should have been done start with.
I thought, based on the picture and the reservation, we reserved a somewhat intimate wine tasting with few people on a smallish boat. We ended up with probably a hundred people on a giant Mississippi River style paddle boat. And some of them were eating dinner. But not us! We had a selection of mid cheese and salami and some shrimp. Which would have been totally fine if that was what I was paying for. But it wasn’t. The service was fine. The scenery on the upper deck of the boat was spectacular. Some of the people we met were wonderful. If you are in the market for a nice boat ride on the lake, this is your chance. If you are looking for an intimate wine tasting with cheese you couldn’t get at Safeway, just don’t.
It was fun but little warm where the wine was poured. Hope they play some fun music on the top people can dance.
Fun, educational, beautiful and relaxing! Highly recommend to everyone who is interested in learning more about the lake
Don't hesitate- well worth it!. Gorgeous, crew and server were spot on. Captain was very personable and informative.
The wine cruise that we booked was canceled, and they put us on the dinner cruise instead. The staff on the dinner cruise was great, but it wasn’t exactly the experience we had been looking for.
We actually had the wine cruise cancelled and they rebooted us the dinner cruise the next night. The ship, the crew, and the tour were amazing. The food portion was so-so. Steak and Salmon had potential but just didn't live up to that potential. It may have just been a rough night for the chefs. Even so, the trip was worth it.
We still tend up for the sunset wine tasting yacht experience, but were put on the Dixie instead. It was a larger boat, with a lot of families, so was not the experience we were expecting. The appetizers didn’t include many non-seafood options. The staff was fantastic and we got a beautiful sunset.
