Alessandro was great! We did the Florence and Pisa day trip. He let us know when to be alert for pickpocket and showed us where everything would be located. Pro tip: in the morning ride the left side of the bus. In the afternoon on the way back, ride the right side of the bus to avoid the sun. Wifi works on bus but is spotty in areas.

If you have ever wanted to go to Florence and try the best ice cream you have ever tasted, then this is a must. Also travelling to the iconic - Leaning Tower of Pisa and being able to skip the lines and climb the spiral staircase to the top for wonderful views of the town of Pisa then again this is a must do excursion. Although we travelled in a heat wave
The guide spoke clearly and made the tour more intetesting . The highlight of my visit is visiting the Tower of Pisa. It was hot but tolerable. I recommend to visit this place in spring or fall when the weather is pleasant. Interacted with some locals.

Mariana was a great guide. We enjoyed our tour of Florence and Pisa. The trip lasts 10 hours so be prepared but the coach bus was very comfortable. This tour is best for everyone.

It was a fast walk through Florence. People with mobility issues should consider walking through cobble streets. Guide explained all of this on bus. It was in English and Spanish.

I should start with the positive. They were at the cruise terminal on time. However, it was rather chaotic and felt a bit disorganized. The driver was excellent and Lumi the guide was terrific. I e taken other tours with Viator and they were not as frantic as this one. We were scrambling trying to find the meeting place in Florence and it did feel rather rushed.

Lumi was our tour coordinator and she was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. She was very thorough and made our tour seem like a breeze. Timing was perfectly planned, so were able to do the things we wanted to do in Firenze and Pisa. Andrea was a friendly driver as I have not seen before. Kudos to the whole team.

The guide tried his best. Perhaps it was unreasonable to expect an informative tour with a group of 60 people. It was a rushed experience but we were able to, at least, be safely transported to and from Florence and Rome, and were able to see the sites that we planned on seeing even if for a very short period of time.

It was good but felt very rushed. Would have enjoyed more time at Pisa but the bus are parked so far away. Time wasted walking. Guide Lumi was good and friendly
