When you arrive in Pisa our hostess will lead you from the bus terminal along the ancient city walls up to Porta Santa Maria, from you will have the first view of Piazza Dei Miracoli with its beautiful contrast of white marbles and green grass. With our Hostess you will have a walk in Piazza Dei Miracoli so that you will admire in total its monuments: Leaning Tower, the Cathedral, the Baptistery and much more. After a short walk you will have free time to enjoy our ice cream tasting and relaxing under the show of the Leaning Tower. If you wish you can add to your tour the entrance ticket at the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the entrance time at the Tower is indicated on the ticket that we will give you before getting on the bus or if you wish visiting Pisa by your own you can choose the low cost option that includes only the Transfer. If you prefer visiting Pisa on your own you can chose the Low Cost Option that includes only the transfer.

Time in Pisa is a little limited due to the coach being shared across two tours, the other tour had a second destination to go to meaning we had to leave Pisa earlier than would be necessary if it wasn't a shared coach

Great day in Pisa and climbing the leaning tower. Lumi and Luka were great! Everything was on time and just as described.
This isn't a tour so much as a bus ride to and from Pisa. It is useful for getting one there and back, and I recommend it for that purpose. I would suggest that Pisa, in general, is a bit of a tourist trap. The cathedral is impressive, certainly, and the square pretty. But, it is overrun with tourists, which takes away from the charm a bit. Given how much there is to do in this area of Italy, I might suggest spending your time on something else unless you really want that picture with the leaning tower.

If you’re looking for a stress-free way to visit Pisa from La Spezia, I highly recommend this tour. From the moment we stepped off our cruise ship, the tour was easy to find thanks to the clear meeting location and the friendly welcome from our guide, Alessandro. We departed right on time aboard a comfortable, air-conditioned bus driven by Marco. During the drive, Alessandro shared just the right amount of information about the region and the sights along the way. It was informative without being overwhelming, and he did an excellent job explaining the schedule and emphasizing arrival and departure times so everyone knew exactly what to expect. Once we arrived in Pisa, it was only about a five-minute walk to the main attractions, giving us plenty of free time to explore, take photos, and enjoy the area at our own pace. At the end of our visit, Alessandro was easy to locate at the designated meeting point and efficiently guided everyone back to the bus. We returned to the port on time with plenty of time to board our ship, which made the entire experience worry-free. Overall, this was an excellent excursion. The scenery along the drive was beautiful, the transportation was comfortable, and Alessandro and Marco made the trip smooth, organized, and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting La Spezia on a cruise.

What you need to know in this port you will be shuttled by bus from the ship to the cruise terminal. This takes 5 to 10 minutes. After you walk through and out the cruise terminal, Martina will be waiting for you to give you a map and sticker. She waits over by the brick building you can see out the front doors of the cruise terminal. She wears a green shirt. The app did not issue tickets but all you need is to give her your name. Martina was very informative and made sure everyone knew where and when they had to be at.
Very disorganized and paid $188 for basically a bus ride. The tour guide was rude and dismissive when I asked a question. The tour guide was not utilized at all and we were left on our own to figure everything out.

When I got in line to go into the tower, I was told that the line was for buying tickets. So I went to the front of the line and the person selling tickets told me to go to get in line. I showed him the confirmation and he refused and kept telling me to get in line. If I waited to get into the tower, I wouldn’t have enough time to get back to the bus that took me to my cruise ship on in la Spezia. So I spent money and was not allowed to climb the tower.
We chose to spend most of this tour on our own and we enjoyed the many sites we saw. And we had a nice lunch. But, my husband and I got lost returning to the bus and, unfortuneately, we missed the bus. (We turned right instead of left). The tour guide could not wait for us. She did arrange for us to get on another bus two hours later. We did, but that really spoiled our day and what we had planned on the ship for early evening.
