I was nervous because I have POTS. The guides were accommodating and carried an electrolyte water bottle for me. They check in with every line, are funny, entertaining, and great about getting the group to vibe. We had Sam, Brodie, and Kingston - all hella great guys and fun. The views! Holy unreal eyeball corn ya’ll. It was stunning. Like something out a movie (ha. Haha. Get it?) Ps - if you have POTS and have your symptoms well managed, you’ll be ok. No zip have any sudden drops, nor do they go faster than 25-35 mph. Take the hike portions slow and live your life to the fullest.
The tour to the zip lines is worth the price of admission. when they ask you to be there no later than 45 minutes before your tour BE THERE AT LEAST 45 MINUTES BEFORE THE TOUR TIME. There is a lot to see .
Great experience. Book it direct with the provider, though. I booked through Viator and paid $100 more.
i came in excited for the ziplining and views , left w more satisfaction from the guides .. they created such an inviting , funny , memorable experience.. a taller man , blonde girl and oukie ? i'm not good w names but i will always remember how they treated us <3
Super fun!! The view was beautiful and the zip lines were super fun. Tour guides Angela, Lilly, Sam, and Tommy Girl were great. They were super friendly and funny, definitely made the experience enjoyable and memorable. 10/10 recommend!!!
This is about 3 hours of hiking up the back side of the ranch with seven incredible zip lines. The staff was very friendly and helpful! It was pouring rain, but we had an amazing time! I will definitely do this again when it's warm weather.
The experience was well organized, and the representatives were very professional. Overall, I had a great time and experience
Amazing experience, top to bottom. By far the most fun I've ever had ziplining. The views were phenomenal and the ziplines themselves were great. This was of my favorite parts of my trip to Hawaii. Would return 100%
Aloha Mark, Mahalo for your awesome review! We’re so glad to hear this was your favorite zipline experience and a highlight of your trip. It’s great that you enjoyed the views and the course—your feedback means a lot to our team.
If you're having a hard time choosing which of the tours to do, this one might be it. You still get to see some of the movie tour stuff en route to and from the zip lines and the truck driver will talk about a lot of the props and locations on the way, as well as interesting facts about the other operations at the ranch. The zip lines are exciting without being intimidating and the guides keep it fun and engaging throughout. I also have to shout out Carsen, one of our guides, who gave us a great beach recommendation we would have missed out on and it ended up being an awesome spot for our family and one of the highlights of our stay, in addition to the ziplines, of course! We booked our spot in mid-morning in March and the weather was great for us. It wasn't too hot, partly cloudy, with no rain. Our group was about 12 people total with 3 guides additionally, so the pacing of the tour was good. There's not too much walking and none of it was difficult at all. The tour description makes it sound worse than it is, actually. Well worth the time and expense, in my opinion.
Aloha Josh, Mahalo for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad your family had such a fun and exciting experience on the zipline tour. It’s great to hear you enjoyed the mix of scenery, storytelling, and the course itself—and that Carsen helped make it even more memorable. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
You feel extremely safe when you're up there. The guides are absolutely amazing, and the sights are just spectacular.
