Departure Point: Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) or Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2) Address: Kuala Lumpur International Airport, 64000 Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia Directions: International/Domestic Arrival : iTours airport representatives will be waiting in the paging area with a sign with your name. The paging area is on the left-hand side of the Exit Gate at the International Arrival Hall, after the Baggage Collection Area and Customs Check Point. Additional Note :It is best to look for your airport representative at the paging area. Best place to wait is at near information counter. Return point: Kuala Lumpur or Malacca City Center Hotel

- Notes: Max waiting time for arrival transfer is 90 Minutes from Flight Arrival Time.Please wait at the waiting area and look out for our representative who will hold a A4 Size Placard with your Booking Guest Name Stated at Arrival Hall Paging Area.Please call us on your own should you face any challenges.
- If last minute booking (less than 6 hours,please call hot line no)
- Arrival & Departure time between 2300 Hrs to 0600 Hrs, 50% surcharge will be apply. Additional chargers need to pay direct to Driver upon arrival/departure.

Easy instructions to meet our driver at airport, and the vehicle was more than suitable to fit all passengers and luggage.

The airport is huge. Directions for puck up may not be precise enough for an unfamiliar traveler. People are helpful and friendly but not very precise in directions.
Very nice experience. Clean car and safe driving. It was a very easy pick up and transfer in a new city.
Awesome driver, friendly, and great communicator. I was picked up,after 11 pm and I felt safe with my driver taking me to my hotel that was almost an hour away from the airport.
Driver was friendly and punctual, informing me via WhatsApp exactly where to meet him. And he eagerly responded to my many questions during the drive to the city.
Great experience! Our flight was delayed, Indran communicated prior to our departure and connected thru WhatsApp. He waited patiently for us and took us to our hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Thank you Indran!
Overall not a bad airport with ample dining facilities and shopping experiences. But it beggars believe that an international airport would be fitted out with plastic plants - really? Compare that to the fabulous a Singapore Changi airport that one does not want to leave - the best airport in the world with the Kuala Lumpur far, far behind!

Was expecting the driver to be waiting with a sign with my name on it. Instead, had to wait 15 minutes after I messaged him that we had our luggage. We had to drag our luggage across the street when he eventually pulled up. Taking a taxi would have been faster after a long international trip.
