No show by tour company

The driver did not meet us in terminal hall as arranged. We waited until after 9 am and he was suppose to be there at 8.30. I asked for my money back but was refused a refund.

Amazing private tour

Excellent full day in Kuala Lumpa. Our guide was knowledgable and friendly throughout. We took in lots of interesting sites at our own pace. The guide was flexible and willing to wait for us. He took us to a nice Malaysian restaurant for lunch to break up the day. Definitely recommend to other travellers.

Great Tour

Travel from the port is about an hour and travel around the city can be slow with congestion so pick your destinations accordingly

Highly recommend this tour

This tour of Kuala Lumpur was exactly what we were looking for. Our tour guide Zul spoke perfect English and was very knowledgeable about Kuala Lumpur history and culture. This tour hit all the high points we were looking to see and Zul was one of the best tour guides we have had in a while. Our driver was Rajan, and he did an excellent job of getting us safely through all the Kuala Lumpur traffic, and finding better routes when there were and traffic jams. I highly recommend this tour.

The Fab Four in KL

It is travel to and within a big city. Nothing happens quickly despite the excellent effort of driver and guide. Petronas towers well worth a visit and reasonably close to other significant sites. One hour minimum from port Klang to city centre.

Terrible guide and very disappointing day.

This was a big disappointment as our guide was more a chauffeur than a guide. Worse was we couldn’t understand what he said which was practically nothing. The vehicle was more a public transport than a tour bus. To top it off he took us to a 3rd class filthy restaurant of which our 3 groups on the tour did not eat for fear of getting sick.

Not good tour

The guide didn’t speak enough English to understand him, the meal was bad very cheap and not very clean place, also there was not enough time for what was advertised. The guide limited to drive no explanation or description of the places visited

Unfortunately the port of call was canceled

Unfortunately, the ship canceled its stop in KL an hour after I made the reservation. I reached out to the tour company/Viator to inquire about cancelation, refund, or if I could use the cost on another tour in a different port of call. I sent 2 inquiries yesterday and another today. I have not received a response... even one that states "no" as an answer. I would have been appreciated if at least a response was issued.

We had a very pleasant...

We had a very pleasant drive round Kuala Lumpur with Shah. It is a most impressive and interesting city. He is very knowledgeable not just about the major landmarks of the city but also the political and economic landscape of Malaysia. He was able to answer all our questions and shared his extensive knowledge of the country’s history in an easily understandable way.
