Our guide will communicate in English and Polish, with additional languages available in written form through an informative brochure. Hotel pickups take place between 8:20 AM and 9:20 AM. You will receive confirmation of your pickup, including the exact time, by 7:00 PM the day before your tour. Pickup will be from the address you selected during booking. If your address is within a restricted traffic zone, we will arrange the nearest possible pickup location for your convenience.

Adrian was a great guide! Pity about the weather on the day we visited, but we still had a fun day out visiting Chochołów, the wooden chapel and just walking the streets of Krupówki. WhatsApp communication was seamless and pickup was a breeze - the main reason I wanted to go for a tour instead of visiting on my own. Highly recommend!
