Pickup Locations & Times
Pick-ups take place between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. You will receive confirmation of your pickup, including the exact time, by 7:00 PM the day before your tour. If your hotel or apartment is not listed, please write your pickup address in the Special Requirements section booking. Pickup will be from the address you selected during booking. If your address is within a restricted traffic zone or stopping directly next to the hotel is not possible, we will arrange the nearest possible pickup location for your convenience. If you do not select any address during the booking, the pickup will take place from the meeting point in the Old Town. Between April 13–17, the Gubałówka funicular is out of service. During this period, it will be replaced with a chairlift ride to Butorowy Wierch. The rest of the tour program remains unchanged.

We have had the best trip with our guide Wictoria. The day was packed full of fun. The hotel collection made it really easy and overall really great value for money. We tasted cheese, vodka and learnt so much about local history. Our guide Wictoria made the day so special. She was so much fun and I couldn’t recommend the trip more!
Lovely clean and comfortable Mercedes sprinter bus, picked up from an easy to reach point. Marco our guide was cheerful and enthusiastic from the start to the end. He was knowledgeable and showed us some lovely sights along the way. Zakopane itself is quite touristy but the cable car up to the view point is definitely worth it. The wooden houses were fascinating and the smoked cheese and vodka was delicious, my son had 2 portions. The spa was busy (it was a Saturday) but we still had fun. The water is v warm and v relaxing. I enjoyed the saline pool the most. So relaxing. All in all a great day out and with Marco and his uncle driving it was a safe and smoothly run trip. 😁👍🏼
Marco speaks really good english, takes care even the smallest kids. Enough time to do everything and see small capture of zakopane.

Wiktoria was a wonderful guide. She explained everything nicely during our open-ceiling van ride, and she sent written instructions as well. She also included nice recommendations for places to visit during our trip and ALSO recommendations for places in Kraków for after the trip. The visit was very complete, you get to see the history of how people lived in the highlands, and the Termal baths were fun and relaxing. 200% recommend this experience!
Our guide Adrian was very friendly and helpful in every situation. He created a family-like atmosphere in the car, and even though we didn't know each other beforehand, by the end of the trip, we felt almost like family. We received comprehensive tips and links regarding where to get a good meal and what to see. I will certainly recommend him.
